Came here with my husband and dad on a Sunday evening. We were happily surprised after looking at reviews that our food was really good and the service was too! Chicken wings, jalapeno egg rolls, chicken sandwich, pork belly tacos, and stromboli were all delicious!!

Okay, now this place was amazing. It is part of a complex of businesses. They have a patio, an upper level, and a patio on the upper level. Since it was cold and snowy, I was inside. Their in house beers were done well. Balance of styles and taste. I had a flight and a pint. They are not exaggerating about the Grilled Cheese Monster! That is a huge sandwich. Sub with fries and it was a great meal.

The parking lot is large and open, leading to the bank. Entry being through a bank is a bit bizarre and immediately strikes you as wrong, still, in through the bank doors and hang a left. From there, the decor is set up in the industrial style.

We ordered pork belly tacos, rusty tractor pizza with $1 upgraded pretzel crust & 2 house brew beers. Both beers were stouts, the milk stout being my personal favorite of the 2, though both were very solid (especially for $4!). The pork belly tacos were well-balances with tart apples & jalapeños atop of juicy, sweet & savory pork belly. I appreciated the use of thin thices to keep the “shell” from getting soggy. As for the pizza, which I ate crust to middle, that first salty bite had me worried. Thankfully, we’re talking salted rim only. The pretzel crust worked well, with the correct pretzel consistency- chewy, but not doughy. The figs were a pleasant flavor surprise. It just plain worked.

Since we opted for bar seating, we seated ourselves. The barkeep was efficient. I’m not sure I’d say friendly, though he was never rude either – he just seemed detached. We weren’t looking to make friends, so it’s ok with us, still, I can see how others perceived negatively. Other staff went about their business and they didn’t appear to interact with each other either. It gave off a bit of an odd vibe that is hard to describe. I believe there were more staff than patrons at that time of day, which may have contributed to the awkwardness.

We came specifically to try some of the brews & I’m delighted to see that they listened to reviews & added happy hour pricing of $4 house brews. That is a bargain compared to every other stop we made. At $39 for 2 with app, pizza & beer, fab!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Super awesome vibe. Very busy on a Friday get there early or have a reservation. Hard to get a spot of the patio with social distancing going on! The food is some of the best food I’d had in a while. Seriously it is so so good! We have The jalapeño egg-rolls for an appetizer and the surfer boy pizza split it for two and it was plenty of food. The beer was good but being from the Twin Cities and drink a lot of beer the beer wasn’t anything special, they had about 10 house beers. Our server was super good, thanks Conner! We want to come back here on the way home from our trip!

Nice, rustic atmosphere with a variety of beer and mixed drinks available. The menu is updated frequently to share a taste of the season. The food is delicious and keeps getting better with each visit. Try something different each visit. You will be glad you did! Plus, the views are marvelous – inside or outside the restaurant. If you’re unable to visit the observation deck, look at their Facebook page to see some beautiful photos that capture North Dakota in all its glory.

Shares space with a bank which led to an odd encounter when I was yelled at by someone who was throwing some sort of event in the only entrance I could deduce? Awesome selections of beers and the bartender was super helpful in helping me decide. The food left a lot to be desired and what I ordered just ended up tasting like lightly flavored water.

Atmosphere would get a 5 star. Love the classic 80s/90s music. Beers here are good, but they were out of several. Some of the food is very delicious such as their pork belly tacos, jalapeno popper pizza, and fries. Some of the other food is just so-so and lacks flavor. The food is rather pricey. Great place to watch a game. Wait times to get seated are unusually long despite plenty of empty seats. Hopefully they can get more servers.

Takeout…Hungry for a chicken Caesar salad Took it home, I could not believe how little lettuce there was in this to go box. And a very tiny chicken breast for $15. Yeah, we’re never going back.

As an out-of-tower, I found great service from Kim Moos and Ursell Dutro. They were extremely professional and helpful in selecting beers. The Supreme Stromboli was very tasteful and fulfilling. The Stonehome Brewing Co. is a great place to come and make a home away from home. The flight allowed me to taste four flavorful and well brewed beers and the collection of spirits is also nice. I highly recommend a stop by the Stonehome.
