Met my Fiancé during lunch, so I expected it to be busy. Line moved decently and we placed our order. I ordered a philly cheesesteak(no banana pepper, no mayo, no pizza sauce). Her pizza sub came out fine… my philly was less than standard. Very small amount of meat. They put a tiny amount of onions but no mushrooms whatsoever. I asked if they can put some mote onions and sautéed mushrooms(even though the amount of meat was less than average). She took back my sandwich and put raw mushrooms on top and said here ya go… After opening my sandwich and seeing this I just dealt with it as I only had so much time as did my Fiancé. I’m not sure if they were low or just stingy that day but I won’t be coming back to this location again. I’ve been at leadt 4 or 5 other times to this one and never had an issue, they just didnt seem to care after spending close to $30. The photo I posted was after they added the raw mushroom.

The guys here are always very nice, but my sandwich is always messed up. Don’t bother ordering extra meat because everytime we do, it’s never on there. Today my sandwich was completly plain. It has very little meat which I paid 1.99 extra for and cheese. They didn’t even put the lettuce and tomato on it today. I shouldn’t have to open up my sandwich everytime at the couter like we are at McDonalds. I will not order from this location again.

I normally don’t complain. The only issue I have with this location is that when you ask for extra of something, I don’t get it. I had 2 sandwiches, which are good, but one had extra mushrooms, and the other had extra banana peppers, and neither had extra.
