LATIN MUSIC WEEK LAS VEGAS
Had a Turkey sandwich order was a total of 5 sandwiches 2 water 1 Pepsi 1 Sweet Tea
2 tuna sandwiches, 1 Italian, 2 turkeys
1 turkey was the ranch option
( this was the one ) 1 hour later got sick.
No gloves were worn and mixing Tuna with other meats via hands is the issue.

This is the second time in a row come here and they couldn’t toast a sub because they were cleaning the oven.
They literally saw an online order coming in with toasted subs and turn the oven off and started cleaning it.
Update 3/17/25 – ordered an American club and They forgot the ham and hardly put any toppings on there.
I don’t know what it is with this restaurant, with people that are working there overnight . They literally half ass make the sandwich , especially if you order online.
I would only go to this restaurant if you can order your sandwich in person.

Most part of the window which displays the meat was covered. So I couldn’t see or even realize how much of each item they were putting in the sandwich. Anyways, I ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich but when I opened it in my hotel room, I saw it hardly had any meat.

Went in this morning to use a coupon for two foot longs, and was told when I got there that they can only make specific sandwiches for that coupon, which I understand, so I said forget about the coupon and please make me these sandwiches that I’d rather have at full price instead. They were pushy the entire time I was there, and I did not get the food I asked for despite trying to correct them MULTIPLE TIMES. I ended up leaving with something completely different than what I requested. Very frustrating experience, and a waste of my money.

Brought my SERVICE dog with me. He was in my arms, and the workers looked at me with disgust and said “No, no pets!” The only reason i come to this location is because its convient. Most of the staf barely speaks english to, by the way. I have to end up repeating myself multiple times. And another time I came during the day, the only person working was wearing headphones and listening to music, i had to basically yell at the guy what i wanted. Like come one, employ COMPITENT people. ReStaff is needed. Get rid of the rude staff, and hire nice people.

Horrible customer service women came in to order a sandwich she got confused on what day the special was for. The person helping her was rude to her and spoke in an are you dumb tone. When the lady left with the saddest look on her face this women behind the counter started saying that that’s her fault for not knowing English or Spanish. What is wrong with peoples empathy for other peoples feelings. There are ways to respond that are more professional.
