I’m from Tulsa, so I don’t know Colorado Springs that well … but the moment I pulled up, I knew Reddit had told me true.
I tried the fried dumplings, Korean pancake, and Spicy Chicken Bulgogi box. The Korean pancake was perfect and I loved the Chicken Bulgogi box. Definitely recommend!!

This is my favorite restaurant in CO Springs. Big portions, tasty food, and the waitress was exceptionally kind. Served tea too and prices were very reasonable. Kudos to this restaurant- it sets a good example for all other Korean restaurants

It was an okay experience. Expect to pay $18-$30/ meal for dinner for some reason. Beef bulgogi with rice was $25 but was a decent portion. Ended up sharing it. Bibimpap was pretty good, and served on a hot stone bowl. I liked how crispy the rice got. Atmosphere was so so, but the owner was friendly. Probably wouldn’t come back, though unless I had a specific craving.

The food here is everything and more. Authentic, flavorful, and amazing prices. We had the beef bulgogi, spicy squid dinner and toppokki! Highly recommend each dish.

Disappointing. The lunch special portion is really small for the price. The menu description and photo are misleading because it doesn’t come with bean sprouts but stir fried potatoes as ban chan. Online ordering didn’t work so I had to walk in and order in person, and I didn’t get the friendliest vibes.

Absolutely incredible food every time. My family and I have been coming here for years. Tonight I tried the kimchi jjigae for the first time and it’s wonderful!! It’s not too spicy, but perfectly flavorful. Love this place!!!

If you give them a try, only some lunch offerings offer any value for your hard earned money.
Obscene expensive for anything other than some lunch specials, even then, be careful. $20 for lunch 갈비 (Galbi box) is freaking insane unheard of expensive.
Food was good, not great, but really only okay at these prices. Small portions and few quality ingredients for entrees $25+.
Anything Korean seems to command a premium these days. Suspect this joint is capitalizing on Korea’s recent surge in popularity by overcharging for average Korean food.

Happy Time is on the top of our list as one of our favorite Korean restaurants in town.
Delightful table setting of 5-cheop banchan, nice music playlist, and remarkable display of Asian hospitality. Authentic cooking, and use of ingredients.
As for the taste, I would love more pungent seasoning, but overall it always worth the while coming here.

Lots of improvement since our last visit. The staff are always friendly, but the food quality has gotten much better. All items we received had very fresh vegetables and was cooked to perfection and the portion size was large. The dining area is open and is decorated with traditional Korean pictures. Unlike most placed, they serve green or oolong tea with your meal for free. My only dislike was the pricing. Average for dinners were $20.99 and the average soup was $16.99. Still great food and great service.
