Hello, good afternoon. On Sunday, October 12, I placed a pizza order and it never arrived. I spoke to them and they never returned my money. An hour later, I ordered another pizza and they canceled the order. As of Tuesday, I have not received my two refunds in my account, nor have they sent me the pizzas. They have not returned my money. I spoke to them and they just tell me to wait. They have terrible service.

I placed my order on 5/03/21 at 10:54 am and I was told that it would be ready in 15 mins. I arrived at 11:25 am and the doors were locked. I made sure that I pulled on the door hard enough just in case it was stuck and I also knocked on the door but no one came to the door. I went back to my car and watched as two other cars pull up in which they experienced the same thing that I did. Someone finally unlocked the at 11:59 am. Needless to say, I no longer wanted THAT pizza.

Terrible service my husband ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas on phone for delivery they at 447pm on 6/3/22 we didn’t get our pizza until 745pm and that’s because we went to pick it up. 3 different people told him they were the managers and they would get us our order within 30 minutes each time we were told we don’t know what happened it’s out for delivery. We were told by this 3 manager “as soon as the delivery driver gets here I will sent him to deliver your pizza it will be about 10-15minutes”. They lied to us 15 minutes no one came we went to pick it up. Then when we arrived to the Camp Wisdom location there were 3 employees compensating about I don’t what, but one of those people was the delivery driver with our pizza on the counter. After a few minutes they acknowledged our presence and one person asked if she could help us. My husband told her the name on the order and she was like this pizza is yours. We got a free soda that was not so free since we had to pay a delivery fee not sure how much since we didn’t get a receipt all I know is they charged my bank card. So this pizza order was a complete disappointment on pizza hut service.

Bad service I call to place a order but ask for Spanish service and they just tell me to wait after 10 min they just tell they don’t speak Spanish , the reason is because every time I order in Inglish they just put me on hold and never take my order when I go pick they just tell me there no order for or they just try to replace my order by giving something also terrible service

I’ve been ordering pizza for quite a while from here. Today we got one that was cold, burnt, and definitely not up to standard. When I called the store, they refused to replace it. I even sent him pictures of the pizza and because it had been two hours ago(I ordered this to be delivered to my mother while I was at work) They stated they would not replace. Horrible experience and what makes this worse…I was dealing with the Gm of this store. I ordered the $10 3 topping special. There was a mistake somewhere…ordered thin crust but I guess she thought I said pan. After waiting 30 min for my pizza in the lobby..it finally was ready. A pan pizza half cooked. I didnt want to wait another 30 min so I left and called the gm when I got home. Long story short..she didn’t fix the problem..made it to be my fault and hung up in my face
