The GOOD, The BAD and The UGLY! First, the good: the meat lovers pizza was very good and the deep dish crust was great. Now the bad: it’s clear that this restaurant was not intended to be a restaurant, but rather a pick up and drive-through window establishment. It appeared to have only two cooks and one clerk at the register. The clerk was so overwhelmed with hopping between the drive-through and pick up customers that the phone rang for a solid 15 minutes while we sat in the restaurant to eat, NO EXAGGERATION!! I did not blame the clerk, but rather staffing issues. When he finally picked up the phone and put it down, it started ringing again incessantly. That coupled with the three TVs set to three different programs made for a miserable dining experience. The noise was off the charts. As far as the menu presentation, why are there no prices listed on their menu? I can understand trying to save money on printing costs, but this takes being frugal a little far. Finally, the ugly: the woman’s bathroom was disgusting. There was actually a septic smell immediately outside the door. It is in dire need of an update and a thorough power wash cleaning! The floor water vents were hideous and looked like toilet paper was wrapped in the sifter on the floor. Gross!

First time order from this establishment and the absolute last time! Pizza was missing toppings, arrived cold and was mishandled by the driver bc it all had slid to one side of the box. Was only able to eat 2 of the 8 slices and they were sub par! It happens so I called them back was to see if they would make it right seeing how I spent $28 and was continuously left on hold for over 15 mins until they ended the call. Bad service bad Pizza.. don’t spend your money at Pizza Hut in Waxahachie Tx!

Very understaffed. Came here a few times recently and I ordered about 15 minutes before arriving. Still had to wait about 15-20 additional minutes when I got there. Also, the last couple of personal pan pizzas I’ve gotten had NO SAUCE. I ordered cheese as the only TOPPING I wanted, does sauce not come on cheese pizza??

This is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve EVER been to. If you ever order pizza here, don’t expect it to be ready when the app says it will. Add an additional 40 minutes. At least the cashier was friendly this time, usually they hardly speak to you except for asking your name. I used the app to order for pick-up, and didn’t even get to speak to anyone for at least 15 minutes (already 7 minutes past my pick-up time), they said that they had to sort through the Uber delivery drivers before they could find my order. I sat there for around 25 minutes after my pick-up time was scheduled. That’s normal for this particular location, even when it’s slow. If the app said “estimated time 50 minutes” I would have just gone somewhere else, but it didn’t. It said 15 minutes (which is the standard time to prepare a pizza, it can NEVER be less than that-which I understand,because it takes time to cook it completely, so I always allow extra time). No other Pizza Hut that I’ve ever been to is CONSISTENTLY terrible on its time, and service like this location. I’ve actually had someone say “Name?” (Again, after waiting 10 minutes AFTER the pick-up time-from previous experiences)Tell them my name, come back with my pizza, set on the counter, and walk away without another word. That was the entire interaction.

Ordered online 1 pizza and 2 different wing flavors. We went through the drive through and ended up getting double of one wing flavor. My husband wend in to fix the issue. We got home I went to eat my wings and I swear there was just enough sauce to color the wings. I tried to call to speak to someone and was put on hold for 10 minutes before being hung up on. This is ridiculous

Pizza Hut… SHAME ON YOU!! I have never written a review, but I just have to come on and talk about my experience. First of all, the ONLY competent cashier you guys had, Miss Maddox, is gone! I know she quit but can you blame her?? I wouldn’t want to work with these garbage people either! I believe her name was Felicia, but she was incredibly rude and hostile. As a fellow grown woman, go out and get a REAL job if you can not be kind to others! Also, I don’t appreciate her asking me three times if I wanna tip and if i’m sure I don’t want to! Like what??!! That is SO unprofessional. Also, the pizza was incredibly cold and overall just garbage in a box! Pizza Hut has definitely gone down the drain and I will NOT be here to watch it! Pizza Hut corporate, GO IN THERE AND RETHINK THAT STAFF AND LOCATION!! They are putting a bad rep on you guys!!

Don’t get pizza there. I called to place an order the order taker wasn’t even in this location and she messed everything up. I get there to pick up I’m standing at tge counter 10 mins. They couldn’t find my order because name was wrong. The pizza was Ice cold cheese sticks weren’t even cut just taken out of pan placed in the box. The bathroom is a whole other story. The toilet seat is broke you slide all over the place while trying to keep the lid up. TP all over the floor. Just all around a nasy place.

I had Pizza Hut in Red Oak last month and it was so good. Just got it from here in Waxahachie and let me tell you. Big difference in quality, just garbage. If I wanted basic pizza I should have stuck with little Caesars. Highly disappointed in their quality of food.
