Today was the worse visit out of more than 100 visits. First I ordered double orange chicken with teriyaki chicken and rice. Then I ordered a pomegranate drink fresh from the dispenser. The only black lady working gave me so much attitude saying sir these are fresh. Instead of explaining to her what fresh is!( when you make it right in front of me is fresh refreshment, not when you put it in a cup that everyone is talking over and touching and putting it back in the ice tray in front of all guess that walk by.) Then I get home and decided to eat my meal today because she spoiled my appetite yesterday. I found that my order was wrong after saying four times what I wanted and hearing the white lady repeat it back precisely. She still got it wrong. This is not the customer service or order malfunction that has ever happen here. The employees and manger I’m usually seeing knows me as 2 gunz. So I cant wait to see them again. Such a warmer and more pleasant friendly non hostile group.

I came here on my lunch break & it was busy which is fine. I placed an online order and watched many people go before me. After the 3rd time of asking I told the cashier I’ve been waiting too long and can she start my order. She proceeds to say they’re out of the chicken I ordered. I said you couldn’t have told me that 30mins ago???? I will not be coming back to this location again.

If this fried rice was meant for your own family, would you have served it like this? From the moment I opened the container, it was filled with burnt bits and the smell of char was overwhelming. Even while eating, the burnt odor persisted. This is my most frequently visited location, but I was extremely disappointed to be served fried rice full of carcinogenic burnt residue. If I receive food of this quality again, I will not let it slide.

Even if you place an online order with this location, Panda Express is so busy that they’re always going to be a bit late. However, I must say that the food is great from Panda, which is why I persist in going there.
It’s probably the only Asian spot in the area that I order from. I usually get 1/2 rice, 1/2 noodles, and orange chicken, along with some vegetable spring rolls. I also get a teriyaki sauce and a sweet-and-sour sauce, which are both good.

The food itself was okay — pretty much what you expect from Panda Express — but the overall experience at this location was frustrating. There were a ton of people waiting around, and I honestly couldn’t tell why. My order was completely ready, but I still had to wait for all of the other unfinished food items before I could even check out. It was a very odd process and didn’t make much sense.
The restaurant was extremely busy, and the dining area reflected it. Several tables were dirty, and the self-serve area had trash everywhere. It definitely took away from the experience.
Not the worst meal, but the lack of organization and cleanliness was disappointing. Hopefully they can tighten things up, because it has potential to be much better.

Traditional Panda experience, the food was good, the service was okay. That unsweet Passion tea was hitting though, it was just the right amount of flavor. I got orange chicken and black pepper chicken, it was fresh and tasty, but the fried rice was dry and crunchy.

Five stars to the man in charge! I accidentally Placed my online order at the wrong Panda Express location. He was very helpful and was able to fix the issue immediately so I didn’t have to drive across town and get it. Things like that make a difference when you’re running a business. Thank you!!!

Everytime I come to this place … the floors are dirty , the tables are never clean and the are very rude ! The rice was burnt and the chicken was undercooked …almost slipped up and have this to my son second time this has happened

This is just another location of the Panda Express – an American Chinese restaurant chain. I am not a big fan of panda exp, however, neither dislike it too. Today I got a plate with half- half super greens and friend rice. Teriyaki chicken and honey sesame chicken. I had to wait about 8-10 minutes for super green veggies to arrive. They were out of it. The food was usual, like any other Panda joint.
