The pizza was perfectly de as was the roast beef grinder. The veal patty was way…. Overcooked edges were burnt , literally black… terrible.
The Italian was good but very very salty. Someone was heavy handed with the salt shaker..
I will still go there because the food is usually amazing… maybe just an “off” day….

Garden pizza has been iconic for many many years in the Milford area. I would say they are absolutely No 1 best pizza And sub restaurant around! this is the place to go for lunch or order a pizza to be delivered for dinner at night. Their spaghetti is amazing. Their subs are amazing. Their pizza is amazing. Highly recommend PS you have to try the onion rings with the dip sauce!!!

I was there today 4.11.24 I live really close by I ordered a chicken broccoli Alfredo with extra cheese calzone and french fries for a pick up my GOSH AMAZING!! I almost forgot to take pics of my calzone! Thank you to the wonderful Staff at Garden you’re all such great warm people! If you’re in the area check them out!

Ordered take out…a small cheese, pepperoni, onion, mushroom & green pepper pizza ($18) as well as a garden salad ($8).
Per their online menu the garden salad has lettuce, tomato, red onion, green peppers, cucumbers and sliced black olives. My salad came with lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, red cabbage & radishes (I requested no olive) and although the ingredients appear to be fresh, there were a few missing. .so I called to see if they ran out of red onion and green peppers and he said no our salads don’t come with that, I let him know that his website says otherwise.
Next, the pizza … it looked great, bright & fresh and then I noticed the CANNED MUSHROOMS, really?!?!? Let’s add rubbery, chewy canned mushrooms to a pizza covered in fresh ingredients. It could have also used a few extra minutes in the oven because the bottom was soggy and the crust still tasted doughie. Suffice to say I was left underwhelmed and disappointed.

It’s a good little no frills home town pizza and sub place. Is the food going to change your life, no. Is it going to be tasty, quick, and inexpensive, hell yeah. I’ve begun to develop a bit of an addiction to their meatball subs.

The ” Garden Salad” was all 90% iceberg lettuce. Topped with more red onion than I’ve ever seen on any side salad. the dressing was watered down… let me say this again…WATERED DOWN.
