Hometown favorite. I grew up around the Colesville neighborhood so it’s super nostalgic when I go back. Ledo has been pushing a lot for decades now. Over the years they’ve still managed to maintain which is saying something. Me and an old friend got jumbo wings, hot chicken salad and a 14” pizza. Definitely enough food for 2 people with left overs to spare. The waiter/server was nice. If you haven’t gotten a chance to go to Ledo pizza before I suggest stopping by.

Much different results this time around. We wanted to give this location one more try and they didn’t disappoint. Our entire order was perfect, steak and cheese had the rolls toasted, ingredients as requested. We also ordered a pizza separately via phone and the crust was well done as requested, no flop like the previous time. Everything was perfect and we are very pleased!

Food is great, but expect to wait a year for it. They always take twice as long as they say they will and they’re disorganized with poor customer service. I showed up ten minutes past my pickup time expecting them to have it ready late and it still wasn’t ready yet. Waited another twenty minutes then was given a warm pizza that was not fresh hot it had been sitting somewhere and they couldn’t figure out where it was. Didn’t get any kind of compensation or apology for wasting my time.

When we arrived the steak and cheese we had ordered was already done and waiting, our pizza which we requested the crust well done still wasn’t ready so we waited another 10 minutes. We did not inspect our pizza because it had just gotten out of the oven as we assumed it was cooked properly. When we got home, the steak and cheese was already cold and the bun was not grilled/toasted which is something they typically do. Our pizza was undercooked and very floppy, even one little slice bent right over. We have been having quality issues at this location so we have place several orders with the leisure world location and have not had any problems. We will pause our business at the Colesville location until we hear from our neighbors that the quality has gone back to normal. 3 neighbors on our street now only order from Leisure world Ledo’s.

IT WAS HORRIBLE, first when I went inside it smelled like cleaning supplies and SRONG ONES not the one that are that bad. finally the worst of all it didn’t take not 30, not 40, not 50, NOT EVEN A HOUR, BUT A HOUR AND 10 MINUTES HOW, and people were leaving and going it was outrageous.

My family and I have been going to this Ledos for over 20 years, but we hadn’t been in a couple of years so we decided to go back and to say we were disappointed is an understatement. We ordered buffalo wings, which were not fried well/they were soft, then we ordered 2 large pizzas and they were overcooked/somewhat burnt, and the bottom of the pizzas had so much extra dry flower crusted on the bottom, you could taste it while you ate the pizza. So we told our waitress who was so kind and courteous, she went to let the manager know and this is where their customer service is majorly lacking- she walked over to our table and said absolutely nothing, she just stared at us and we were all looking at each other confused. My husband finally had to speak up and ask her if she was the manager which she rudely replied yes, and then proceeded to argue with us about each of our complaints. She was extremely defensive and irritated that we said anything at all, not sure how she ever became a manager and you can clearly see by her response why this Ledos location is no where near the better service they had years ago. Thankfully she aggressively agreed to refund one pizza for us, and then went to throw our pizzas in the trash in front of us so we could see her do it. We absolutely will not be returning to this location again, and I highly recommend the Ledos in Laurel and Glen Burnie. Here’s a photo of the small cheese pizza I asked them to make for my 2 year old son- also burnt and overcooked. Our complaints did absolutely nothing, so please don’t waste your time and money going here.

I usually don’t write reviews but i’ve been in this place for a while because the food is great but ever since this cashier named Jefferson he’s really been giving me a hard time every time i order he always gets my order wrong so many times he always pulls out his phone like he’s texting someone on the job i’ve really tried to be nice about it but now it’s throwing me off please do something about it because this is unacceptable i hope you read this thank you for your time and have a blessed day

This is a Takeaway location: Order and Pick Up/ Takeaway; period. In-restaurant seating is sort of an afterthought. Personal size (8″) pizza (1-pepperoni, sausage & spinach, and 1-Hawaiian — both thin crust) were made to order and tasty. House salad is big enough for 2 to share: Romaine lettuce was fresh, crisp and nice size pieces for easy eating. Salad also had ripe grape tomatoes, tasty red onion, chopped green peppers, and croutons. Good Ledo’s dressing! Seriously, salad serving was good for 2 dining IN –or– a taste and take home.
Beverage refills only if you press for them (we were never asked). I used to be a bar & food waitress, so I don’t have a lot of empathy for wait-staff with a less than half-full restaurant… no matter how small. How difficult could it have been to bring us boxes for the left-over pizza ? Oh, that’s right… you would have to stop looking at your phone.

I have been coming here a long time, I was so pleasantly surprised. The 3 young ladies were the most efficient, well spoken with employees I’ve ever seen here. I unfortunately only got the initials of the cashier that helped me (AM C) but she was so nice. There was another girl helping her that was also very nice and they worked really well together to get the orders rang up and out. Plus the young lady that cut up my pizza, she was very sweet, cooked me pizza exactly how I ordered it (o would have ate the one green pepper that was hanging on the side lol) and had a amazing smile!!! I can not remember a time that I was so impressed with people their ages, working well together. Thank you Ledo’s!!!!
