For the last probably 4 or 5 times they have not given me any barbecue sauce at all. I understand messing up sometimes but literally at least 4 times in a row no barbecue sauce for the pulled pork sandwich. If I went in person I’d check the bag, but I order delivery. I’m probably not gonna order from them again. Dude… how do you forget every single time for such small orders?

I can NOT BE more disappointed! I ordered smoked turkey, which I have before, and got some nasty CANNED nasty nasty not sure if it’s turkey spam.. but it’s definitely not really sliced turkey!!!!!

Got a DoorDash order with plastic in the potatoes. DoorDash handled a refund, but when I tried to call the store to inform them there is plastic in the food they are serving, whoever answered the phone seemed confused as to what I needed them to do. So eat at your own risk I guess.
(Also, this is the driest sandwich ever because my food came with 0 of the sauces I ordered. Overall unimpressed and will not order again)

My wife and I used to come to this location all the time when we lived closer, so today when we were in town we stopped in and let’s just say it will be our last time at this location. It’s noon and half the menu isn’t available, and the food we did get was high school cafeteria food at best. Where did your classic rolls go?

i ordered a pulled pork plate, when i got back home, i discovered they had given me dry turkey. when i called the restaurant, the kid working reached out to his manager, who said “well the order should’ve been right” and refused to issue a refund. clearly, it was not right. i live in wellington and was not keen on making a 45 minute trip to town and back. this is not the first time i’ve had a problem with this dickey’s in particular. for example, when you order online they have a section to order red bull, but never have them available in house and don’t call the customer beforehand to let them know that they’ll be getting a fountain drink (cheaper than the red bull). staff is often uncaring and unwelcoming, even though the restaurant is often empty. spend your money elsewhere.

Growing up in the SE, FLA/GA I was basically bottle feed from the start on BBQ. Now out west, I eat a lot of Dickeys BBQ (Texas style opened in Dallas, Texas 1941) due to the consistent quality of smoked meats and flavor. I like Carolina style with slaw on top but don’t like Dickeys Slaw. The 3 sauces are decent all round BBQ sauces vinegar based: Original, Spicy and Sweet. Being southern by birth this is the closest taste to S. BBQ.

I was exited to eat here than I went inside and asked for food and regret the moment the lady up front messed up my order 2 times, asked fir brisked and gave me pulled pork. Than 2nd time they brought out mashed potatoes salad and I asked for Mac and cheese. Meat is super dry place looks dirty. Uggh regret this meal

Went in and ordered a half a pound of pulled pork only. On the menu this clearly shows $11.29.
The young lady that was at the register, said something , the English, unfortunately was not very clear. I inserted my card and then thought what did she say but thought I would just look at it on the screen. Sure enough $22.42 shows up on the screen by that time my card was already inserted.
I said half a pound of pulled pork is not 22.42.
She did not understand what I said, so she turned and asked one of the young men to come over. I said the menu shows a half a pound of pulled pork is 11.29 and he said really.
He then just said I’ve refunded all of it here. Take this. It’s free.
He said the money will go back onto my card.
However, as soon as I left, I called the company that the card is through they said it would be refunded on July 30th. I do not think that is right that I have to wait 4 days to get my money back.
However, I will wait and if it is not refunded on the 30th, I will be going in and speaking with the manager.
Employees need to know what they’re ringing up.
I am very dissatisfied that I have to wait for my refund.
Again, I sure hope this is taken care of on the 30th. If not like I said, I will be going in to speak with the manager to get this resolved.
