Delicious cheesesteak that had some of the softest bread I’ve ever had on a sandwich like this. There was only one person taking orders but they were doing a great job and there was no rush at the time. I got the combo with the crinkle-cut fries and they were crispy and hot. I ordered a 12” Philly Cheese Steak w/ onions, green peppers, provolone cheese & mayonnaise with some fries and a sweet tea. The Food & tea was Good!!! A lot of food. Couldn’t eat it all. Had to save some for later. And the service was great and real friendly. Will be back!

If you are looking for quick food this ain’t the place. However if you are willing to wait the food will not disappoint.
During my visit I placed my order at 5:16 and did not receive the food until 5:51 (35min wait) and there were not many folks in the dinning hall.
The food was superb though, the steak was popping hot and the fries were crispy.

Worst service in town. I phone ordered 2 cheese steak hoagies at 4:30, I arrive at 4:45 and was told they were not ready yet. One couple came in after me, ordered 2 foot long cheese steaks, sat down and were served theirs as I am still waiting for mine. AT 5:12 pm I had still not gotten my phone order. I walked out. The older lady at the check out was very rude. I will not be going back there again. WORST SERVICE IN TOWN>

Food was exceptional. Wait is 15 mins if you don’t call ahead. Loved the outside dining option.inside kinda old looking but not nasty. The subs were delicious but I would highly recommend no lettuce or tomato unless you want them cooked. They put the tomato and lettuce on bottom of sub roll and put hot meat on top of it and it cooks the veggies

Phi-lly Cheesesteaks & Things is an absolute hidden GEM in Southern CA that deserves way more love.
I popped in and ordered a small cheesesteak with onions, green peppers, banana peppers, and mushrooms—and let me just say, there was nothing “small” about it. The portion was massive. I had leftovers, and it was only $7.45. In this economy?! That kind of quality and quantity at that price is basically unheard of.
Every topping was fresh and flavorful, and at just $0.15 each, you can seriously load it up without breaking the bank. But the bread… the bread was next level. Soft, buttery, and clearly baked fresh—it totally stole the show and tied the whole sandwich together perfectly. I wasn’t expecting to be blown away by bread, but here we are.
The staff? Incredible. So kind, helpful, and genuinely warm. They make you feel like you’ve been coming there for years, even if it’s your first time. There’s a real sense of pride and hospitality in how they run things, and it shows.
Oh—and do yourself a favor: get the lemonade. It’s homemade, tart, refreshing, and the perfect pairing for the rich, cheesy sandwich.
The menu doesn’t just have Phillies however. They also have wings, hoagie rolls, a freshly stocked salad bar, and homemade potato salad and good southern slaw.
The place is fast-casual with a dine-in area, a drive-thru, carryout, AND they’re on DoorDash, so it’s super convenient no matter how you roll. But honestly? If you can swing it, stop in and experience it firsthand. It’s worth it.
