Cafe rio is a chain and is good Americanized Mexican food. They make tortillas fresh and melt the cheese on the tacos. I get 2 tacos ala cart. Get the salsa fresca on the side. It keeps the taco from getting too soggy. My favorite is the grilled chicken, but the sweet pork is by far the most popular. The burritos there are served on a plate and meant to eat with a fork. Not wrapped in foil para los manos. The line can get long and the order process is a bit slow. Good overall.

This location continues to disappoint and I don’t know how to fix it. My wife got a small pork salad that had almost no lettuce (you can see the tortilla at the bottom of her salad and there’s clearly not much of anything in it) . I got tacos with extra meat, all the fixings, and double rice and they didn’t give me any pico, the rice looks like one normal scoop cause I could fit a scoop of beans in the open space, and the meat looks like any normal amount. Beyond disappointed at the food quality here.

I went to this costa Vida today and it is just terrible. I got a ton of kids meals. And all of them had barely any beans. I could literally count them. And to make it worse the rice was burnt and crusty. I also asked for a normal tortilla instead of a cinnamon tortilla because I can’t have sugar, and they still gave me a cinnamon tortilla. I’m very disappointed

I usually only leave 5-Star reviews for restaurants but the experience was so poor I feel the need to warn others of the service. I have a gluten allergy and costa vida normally does a good job of accommodating with “gluten friendly corn tortillas.” Unfortunately my order was made with flour tortillas. That’s okay as mistakes are made, but when I called to try and remedy the situation I was told they would have someone reach out to me in a few days—why? I’m not sure. Further, my wife’s salad had a hair in it so two meals were wasted and my remedy is that someone will reach out in a couple days. After reading other reviews it appears my experience is not unique. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Picked up an order, no one said anything to me at the speaker and sat in the drive through for 30 mins.. the enchiladas were barely put together and had no filling. I got 1 tablespoon of rice that was old and crispy. The cinnamon tortilla was actually just a plain tortilla with a pea size of cinnamon sugar in the middle… it literally looked like they ran out of food. Definitely not worth the $14 and my time.

This location is literally the WORST! They mess up our order every time. Missing pico, they never smother the burritos (driest burritos ever), containers leak on the way home, no one knows how to make sure you get your points, etc…I just feel like with how expensive everything is I expect it to be what I ordered.

Always love Costa but this location is incredible! Employees welcomed me in and were super nice and patient while I took my time ordering. I have never seen happier employees who were so ready to help, they are awesome!! Wish I could remember their names! The dining area is spacious with plenty of seats and outdoor seating as well. Just wish the parking lot was bigger!
