I love Dunkin BUT I don’t usually take note of exceptional staff. We sat in the restaurant and noticed consistent brilliant staff behaviours like praising each other, enthusiastic genuine conversation with customers and a lot of care. It was clean and our breakfasts were good. When our baby was crying, they brought over a doughnut hole, a small token that made a massive difference. We were seriously impressed with this particular location.

Service was great, but yikes one of our drinks(iced coffee) tasted like literal cigarettes. The ratio of blended ice and cream seemed to be ok but the coffee flavor was too rancid to drink.

Service person was emptying the trash when we arrived and then proceeded to come around the counter to wait on us. She never washed her hands. Do they train the staff on proper protocols!!!

Extremely long drive thru line. Took 15 mins to finally get service. When arriving at the pick up drive thru window, out mobile order was incorrect. The staff re made the drinks however it was obvious the iced coffees were not stirred or mixed properly. My cold foam cold brew had no cold foam, the signature latte was missing whipped cream and toppings. Very long time to wait for expensive drinks that were totally wrong.

Overall love This Dunkin’s- visit daily , as I don’t have many options in my area. However sometimes the coffee ain’t always way you order it , really depends on who’s working. But the normal afternoon/evening crew are fantastic! That’s usually when I go through and the older gentlemen is fantastic!! Patient , fast , understanding and friendly!

This place has gone down hill since the new owners took over. The building is 1 year old but doesn’t seem to get cleaned often. The bathrooms are equally gross. Don’t waste you time here!

The prices outpace everyone else, they have poor labor practices, and the standards are inconsistent.
The ice they use are not cubes, they are shards of crushed ice, meaning any coffee is 3 or 4 sips to empty. If you ask for less ice, they hand you half a cup of coffee and tell you it is dunkin standard.

My toast wasn’t made correctly, unfortunately. Coffee was decent, and the place was messy. They do seem short staffed like most places. This was the second time going to this same place and getting the same result.
