I’ve always been a fan of Chipotle — the food is usually great, and I enjoy visiting regularly. However, this particular visit to a new location was disappointing and upsetting.
It was my first time at this restaurant, and I ordered a bowl. To my surprise, I found a large tree leaf in my food — something that clearly shouldn’t be there. It made me feel like the staff wasn’t paying attention to food quality or hygiene.
Additionally, the service I received was rushed and dismissive. When I asked for extra brown rice, the person serving me didn’t even wait to hear me out and just said, “What next?” as if he wasn’t interested in listening. The attitude felt very unwelcoming.
To make things worse, I tried to report this through the app chat, but the support agent ended the conversation without fully reading or responding to my concerns. That felt very unfair and unprofessional.
Finding a tree leaf in my bowl and receiving poor service on top of that left me with a bad experience overall. I hope Chipotle’s management seriously addresses issues like these — especially when it comes to cleanliness, staff behavior, and customer support.

I doordash this chipotle often because it’s close by to my house and because it was a solid 5 star when I first started ordering, but recently (within the past couple months) it has been hit or miss. The most common is the food inconsistency, but that is to be expected when you’re ordering fast food instead of making it at home. I really have no qualms with this location, I’d like to go eat in the building some time because it’s on Hickory so it’s not a drive thru, it’s really cozy in there and I’d like to thank the workers for doing a superb job. I’ll make it there one day. 🙂

Food was good. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was college kid vibes but not in a bad way. I ordered a burrito (something I never do .) It was ok, I asked for fresh veggies and the server kindly obliged letting me know that it would take about 5 minutes to prepare. I didn’t mind the wait. I really appreciated that too. All in all, I would go back. I will stick to my burrito bowl though.

time and time again this chipotle has disappointed me but i let it slide. first, the portion they give: the rice, in total, fills only about half the bowl. there are literal spots on the bowl where rice doesn’t cover at all. nothing like chipotle should be. by the end of the bowl, the food doesn’t even go over the edge of the bowl, what’s the point in having a lid that curves up if it’s just empty space? secondly, and most disappointing, is their quality. once when i went the steak was hard and dry, and when i went a few days ago, the chicken was completely burnt. completely black on one side and inedible. not to mention they were missing lettuce a while ago too. truly disappointing.

A couple of the employees had very poor attitudes and clearly did not want to be there. The chicken wasn’t ready, and the white rice was extremely undercooked. The glass over the food was dirty and smudged. The restaurant wasn’t busy, so the lack of cleanliness, preparedness, and professionalism was disappointing. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I usually like Chipotle, but this time, it was disappointing because of cross contamination. I ordered 2 bowls, 1 for my friend who does not eat meat at all, and 1 for me where I asked for only chicken. Both bowls still had 1 or 2 pieces of beef mixed in.
What worries me more is that a friend had the same issue here before and told me about it, and now it happened to us too, so it feels like a pattern. This is not a small mistake for people with dietary, religious, or personal food limits. I hope the team is more careful with ingredient separation and utensils. I want to keep coming back, but only if I can trust my order is handled correctly.

I ordered a chicken bowl for delivery and the portion size was pathetic. They charged me $6.55 for extra steak and i received a minuscule portion. In total, my Uber Eats order came out to $26 for a cold bowl with stingy portions. They only gave me one napkin. Both this restaurant and the Uber-eats driver are pathetic. Will dispute with my CC company. I’ve never had such a bad experience with Chipotle. Without any promotions, my order would have been a shocking $38. All for one bowl. Crazy.

I picked up a Togo order, the staff was amazing and helped me so much. I will say as a disabled person I didn’t expect a college student to let a door slam in my face on the way in but that’s not on Chipotle. They did their job.

I have been eating at this Chipotle since 2022 and I had never had an issue till Memphis started working there. Terrible service, verbally condescending and other times down right rude for no reason. On the 25th of November he and this girl with way too much eyeliner were literally laughing and talking about me and my friends for NO REASON. He was not subtle about it and it hurt my feelings especially considering I was going there for my bday dinner. Never in my life had I ever seen service staff act like that and it will stop us from ever returning to that particular store. Better off going to Cava….
