I ordered a large new york pizza, bread bites, and a 2 liter of fanta for delivery at 12:10am.
The delivery time changed from 12:30 to 1:15 and the delivery didn’t arrive till 1:15.
Thats not a big deal but it adds to my experience.
The food arrived and it was all cold. The pizza was hand tossed not new york style. The pizza had bacon and i had to remove 30% as it was hard as a rock.
Lastly the delivery driver on arrival told me they ran out of fanta. Which is fine i get it but no call to ask if i wanted to replace it with something else or here are a bunch of 20ozs.
In the end i was told to contact manager for a refund so now i have cold pizza and bread bites no soda and i have to take time out of my day in the future to get an inconsequential refund 0/10

I ordered a pan pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms along with a couple other things. What I left with was a stuffed crust pizza with pineapple green pepper and Canadian bacon! The very last thing I would ever want to order! When I called about it I was spoken to by a young lady in a way that was less than courteous or helpful. I was told my pizza was still sitting there to which I replied, that was not my fault and I was not going to drive back to get it. The rest of my order would have then sat at my house getting cold while I did so. Then I was told more than once in a way that had zero customer service that I would have to call back and talk to the manager. We ate part of the pizza, picking off what we didn’t like and the other half went in to the trash. I called back when I was told the manager would be there but was told they were out on a delivery. I do not need to play track down the manager when I can just let others know here. For 6 1/2 years I managed 3 very busy Subways and I understand what good customer service is. You do not handle a customer with a valid complaint by taking the offense. If I could review the store the way you can with Subway I would do that. Dominos really needs to teach their employees customer service etiquette. Oh and what really made me angry was that we left a $17 tip in their little plastic cup! I won’t be doing that again!

On the road and stopped next door for gas. Decided to stop in for a pizza. It was ready quickly. They forgot to slice my pizza! Luckily, we gave it back and they sliced it for us. We were able to joke about it. It happens. The pie itself was great.

Stopped by on the way to Durango and had a great experience. Food was out to us fast and tasted really great! Staff was awesome helping us pick out the parm bites which were really addictive. Ate in the store and it was nice n clean.

Waited too long for my pizzas. You need to stay on top of things better instead of all the talking and horsing around, to keep up with what the online ordering says! Like by a half hour? Unexceptible that i come in and sit and wait for a half hour, after the time it said it would be done. Maybe tell corporate you just can’t do that time!

They don’t answer the phone. I was working in buena vista for over three months ordered here 2-3 times they delivered. Now 4th time I called 20 times probably over an hour no answer.

They need to have A Delivery Driver From Open till Close! And When you call The Store it goes to a Call center and they Need to know if they have a Driver to Deliver, and When they don’t they Cancel the Order and They call you to tell you that they don’t have a Driver. You call back to see order is being delivered. They Told me they don’t have a Driver when I ordered the pizza. I asked To go ahead and Send it. THEY SENT ME THE SAME PIZZA THAT WAS CANCELLED AND THEY PUT IT BACK IN THE OVEN, instead of remaking it like they said they would. This is what it looked like! So if I’m ever back in Buena Vista. I will NOT Order from Them again.
