They have a great sandwich but the lemonade Is really watered down and if you want an extra pickle spear they actually slice your spear into 2 thin spears.I can tell the owner of this place is finding ways to save money by giving you less product but still charging you the same price. This place is really starting to get run down and in desperate need of repairs.

I’ve now given this Schlotzsky’s location three separate chances to live up to the standard I’ve experienced at every other store over the past 20 years and every single visit has been a disappointment.
Today was the final straw. I paid about $40 for three sandwiches. When I checked them before leaving, one sandwich had an entire side filled with nothing but lettuce and mayo. They did remake it, but even the replacement still had almost no meat. Once I got home and opened all three sandwiches completely, I realized each one only had two small slices of meat pushed to the very front. When you actually look inside, there is practically nothing there. This location consistently gives about one-third the amount of meat I receive at any other Schlotzsky’s.
At this point, it feels like quality and customer satisfaction simply do not matter here. I’ve never had an experience like this at any other Schlotzsky’s, and this is the third time I’ve left feeling ripped off.
I will not be returning, and I’ll be encouraging others to avoid this location as well. It is absolutely worth driving to another town to get the quality Schlotzsky’s is known for. I’m including photos below from this visit, along with comparison photos from another location to show the difference in what customers should expect.

This place is really run down and poorly set up for dining. Generally, I really like Schlotzky’s food, but for the price you pay, it’s not worth it. I don’t know if it’s the same chain wide, but they hardly put any meat on the sandwiches anymore. The last few times my husband and I have gone, they mess up our order in some way. More recently, they forgot to include the bacon on my husband’s giant sized chicken bacon McCheesy. The bacon was included on my medium sandwich but only 1 slice. I normally don’t take the time to leave negative reviews, but this place has gotten pretty bad. Not worth your time and money!

Cheese Original. Turkey Bacon Club. You would think that the names say it all, but not at this store. We traveled off of our route because we thought that a Schlotzsky’s sandwich would be an ideal road food. We couldn’t have been more wrong. When you walked in the door you were overwhelmed with the smell of bleach and a case of very sad, dried out cinnamon rolls. It took awhile to get someones attention to take our order. We ordered off the menu and waited. While we were waiting, a woman with her grandchild asked not once, but twice for a lid for the child’s cup, and twice they gave her the wrong size. In frustration she threw the child’s drink away and left. Fortunately, when we finally got our sandwiches we opened them up and looked at what we had received. The cheese original that the vegetarian in our group was loaded with meat, and the turkey bacon club that I ordered had no bacon. We went back up to the counter and let them know, and waited again. The cheese original came bak with cheese, but thats about it. No olives, onions, or what you would expect on this signature sandwich. I wasn’t so lucky. My sandwich came back with a minimal amount of lettuce and tomato, some scary processed turkey, and yet again no bacon. We gave up and left. What is ironic is that I looked at the other reviews, and someone else had the exact same problem. As we headed back to the highway I looked longingly at the Jimmy Johns and Dickeys BBQ that we passed by. We won’t be making that mistake again.

Service was ok needed sweeping & tables needed washing food was great! Pretty bathrooms just a little cleaning needed so I let them know and they got right on it! All in all good eating.

I had to change my rating. I have been going to this store in waxahachie every since it opened. A while back I had a very unpleasant trip with unfriendly staff. I’m here to tell you that Mr. Salvador (manager) really cares about his customers. He reached out to me about my experience and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and would return. Thank you Mr Salvador. Many blessings to you and yours and I pray corporate knows what an amazing manager they have! I would recommend this store over any other I’ve eaten at!!

A go-to that hasn’t failed me yet!
No matter what city, Schlotzsky’s delivers. When traveling, I usually rely on old faithful, the Turkey bacon club, BBQ chips and a Cinnabon. It’s faithful for a reason—flavorful, filling and fast.
While the sandwiches are good, the Cinnabon makes my decision easy. It’s huge, sweet, satisfying, warm and good!
I gave 4 stars only because I drove off, from the drive-thru, then realized they didn’t provide any napkins. I’d give 4.5, if I could.

I recently placed an online order, but my experience was disappointing. When I arrived at the drive-thru to pick up my order, I wasn’t informed that the soup I selected was unavailable and had been replaced without anyone notifying me beforehand. Additionally, the pizza I received was soggy and not up to standard. I hope this feedback can help improve the quality of service and communication in the future.
