They never have food ready, with a selection their liver and gizzards are either Frozen or they have none. Their boneless bites be dry. It doesn’t matter what time of day you go in there never ready with all variety of foods

2/5/26 Manager was extremely rude to my coworker. I exited line before ordering. She went around to other employees talking about him after he got upset and walked off. Company should hire more competent managers who understand the importance of manners and good customer service.

Manager told me to get out because my baby started crying and was “disturbing the customers.” There was literally no one inside but us.

2-5-26 I went there on dis day witch is today and the manager wasss sooooooooo rude and disrespectful I pointed at the two chickens I wanted and the manager choose to give me what she wanted to give me and I told her I didn’t ask for that and she got mad and started talking bad and I ask for a manager and she said what u gone do I’m am the manager they really need better help I’m there the regular employees was more respectful then the manager

Stopped for McDonald’s but walked through Chester’s to use the restroom. Antoine and the staff were very friendly and inviting so I stopped to get a few things. I hardly get chicken from gas stations because it’s hardly fresh, BUT this was the Lord’s tenders!! They were crispy and juicy! Even the wedges were cooked to perfection! I may have to stop there every time I’m in the area!

Chicken is pretty good but anytime I go in and ask for Liver they just say nope we don’t have any ready. Horrible customer service, they don’t have them out and aren’t interested in making them. The gizzards are pretty awful. Very let down because this can be a good place if they get the right workers in there.
