I normally have no problems with this restaurant but I don’t plan on going back anytime soon. We had a large order, normally like to order inside but you had to go through the drive thru. As soon as I pull up, no chicken, its going to be a 5 minute wait, Ok no problem. We get to the wondow, pay and immediately are pulled forward. Twenty five…yes twenty five minutes later, I back up to the window. They were waiting on biscuits. Was it chicken or biscuits? They tell me oh here it is, sauce and honey in the bag. One small sauce, no honey. Get home and its definitely not hot, you can tell it was sitting in the bag. Multiple vehicles came through while we were pulled up, all but one got food and left. For the 3rd time in a row of going through the Covington, Tn store, I have been shorted on the order. I paid the upcharge to modify my 16 piece to remove the legs and add 2 additional breasts and 2 additional thighs. This should have been 6 breasts, 6 thighs and 4 wings =16 pieces. What i received was 12 pcs…. 4 of each all stuffed in a box intended for a 9 piece order. I tried calling the stores listed phone number which is printed on the receipt and online… it does not ring and immediately goes to the message of your call cannot be completed at this time… same as the other times I have tried to call this store about previous issues of shorting the order. I am going to escalate this to corporate as there are problems in this store that are not being addressed. The chicken I received was hot, the biscuits dry and nearly hard and the Cajun rice pretty dry as well… not a great place to drop 40+$ after a long hard day at work. These 3 attempts have been spread over 3 or 4 years… I had hoped problems would have been fixed, but it appears this is the culture endorsed by management in this store.

The food was dried out. There were only two workers on staff or doing orders. The guy who rang us up had longer finger nails than mine. The food was hot. They gave us a bag of tea to go mixed half sweet and half regular. I’m giving three stars for overall presentation and packaging. The workers were cordial and bagged the order nicely.

Yeah we don’t usually go to Popeyes. We decided to today and wouldn’t you know it? We pulled into drive through and the person comes in and says you must come inside to place an order. Like it’s obvious your comms are working you told me over comms to go inside. Well sorry. Went to Taco Bell. Ain’t nobody got the spoons to get out of their car and walk in to beg for crappy dry bricks of chicken food. Hard pass.

7/2025-Pre-order on the app, go through drive through, and watch 4 cars get their order before me. Then, when I get home, my custom 3 piece of 2 thighs and a leg is only 3 legs. AND, no chicken sandwich. I don’t wonder why my 2-3 times a month eating visit is now 1-2 times a year. None of the 3 stores I visit can get orders right nor in a timely way.

The absolute WORST location!! the employees are rude as crap & every single time I’m waiting ATLEAST 30-40 minutes on a simple order. They’re never in a hurry for anything & could care less how long it takes… the other day I was there picking up an order & I had already been waiting for 20 mins when one of the employees said it would be another 30 minutes on the chicken ♀️ ♀️ I don’t know what’s going on here or how it got so bad but I honestly have no idea how they stay open…

Great service when my family and I walked to the counter. Chicken was hot and delicious. Fries were not hot but nothing in life is perfect. Beautiful restaurant decor and surroundings were clean and neat.

In contrast, my online order arrived at the restaurant, only to reveal that the requested item was not available. This establishment is not suitable for food delivery. The wait time can range from 40 minutes to an hour for a simple order of chicken. The customer service is consistently poor. The manager is frequently seated at the table, engrossed in her phone, and responds to drive-thru inquiries in a manner that appears to be irritated.
