This is the 3rd time this has happened to us at this location where the pizza is overly cooked. And because it’s overly cooked the cheese and the sauce are both dry. May need to adjust the heating and timing of the pizza.

February 25, 2026. My order was missing the wings I purchased, and despite reaching out to the restaurant, I have not yet received a refund or a response from management.

This place used to be my favorite to order pizza from, but with the staff now no thanks there so rude, talking to us like if the pizzas were free definitely won’t be ordering from here again. Pizza has never looked so dry before.

I’ve actually never had a worse experience ordering from anywhere. The manager was extremely unprofessional. Told me everything was my fault when my order didn’t get delivered. Wouldn’t give me his name and told me he would call the cops on me if I called again. The driver did show up with my order eventually, He was very kind and apologetic. Manager Falek needs a new job. He was not made for customer service. Shame on Pizza Hut for thinking he was good fit to handle customer service. Period.

This used to be my go to Pizza But but after tonight I will never order from ANY pizza hut again. This is the 3rd time in a row that I’ve ordered something and it has not been made correctly. The last time they left off toppings and when I called the phone just rang and rang and rang. I wrote a complaint on the website and not even as much as a sorry. This time I was having a bad day and thought I would treat myself. I ordered a large pan pizza that was supposed to have 3 toppings per the coupon. Pan is an extra 2.00, I ordered extra cheese which I believe was an extra 5.00 and extra sauce which is FREE. The pizza was 30+ by itself. What I got was the dryest hand tossed pizza ever. A PERSONAL PAN pizza would have more sauce than this. Extra cheese only on 1 side of the pizza. The did give me 3 toppings but looks like 1/3 of the amount that that would normally put for each one so it would add up to a full topping, smh. I had to look back at my receipt to see how I ordered it and that wasn’t it ! My boneless wings they basically just put the sauce in the container and the chicken nuggets on top cause they couldn’t be bothered to shake the container. I didn’t even call to complain this time because I am just over it at this point.

Worst experience ever with a pizza hut! We didn’t get our food until over 2 hours after we ordered it! We called at 1.5hrs and they said that our food was waiting to be picked up by Doordash to deliver it due to them being busy (didn’t even know that was an option, especially since we were paying cash, and it doesn’t say that on their website at all!!). We asked if there were drivers in the store to deliver our food, they said yes but because it was already sent to Doordash, they couldn’t deliver it now. We asked how long our food has been done and waiting, the person on the phone was very RUDE, she said, “I don’t cut the pizza’s, I just make them”. Um OK. Then WhEn Did YoU mAkE tHe PiZzA?? She didn’t have an answer for that. When we finally did get our food, it was cold, crust was hard yet soggy. If you can’t work in customer service, then find a new job! Terrible experience all around!

This place is TRASH!!! Everytime I get my food it’s burnt and barely edible! I saved myself time and money and started going to dominos not too far from this location I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME ! Much better pizza at dominos even my kids noticed the difference

If I could give this location zero stars I would absolutely do so. The guy who works there SHERMAN!!!! Has the worst customer service EVER!!! I wait a hour for my food which is not a big deal, but after waiting an hour I never received my 2 liter soda which again not a big deal. Once I called for a refund maybe even store credit since I order from this location often Sherman was so rude. He cut me off from me trying to explain my issue, then accused me of being rude when I was very nice wasn’t talking with irritation in my voice I was very polite. He then hung up on me. I called back He threaten to send the cops to my home for calling telling me I was harassing him, the most ignorant thing I heard that day. I will never spend my hard earned money with any Pizza Hut ever again Sherman you should be ashamed of yourself for acting the way you act at work that really shows a lot about your character .

Order 3 large pizzas, came over 30mins after the time window, room temperature, again. This is a constant issue with this location, if you can’t deliver pizza than don’t offer delivery service. Because I love spending over 50 bucks on three pizzas, and having to microwave it just to have warm pizza
