Trying the new prime rib, and it’s fantastic! Of course the ham and turkey are always delicious.Soup mixes, coffee cakes and lots of other breads and sides available. Just picked up 2 roasted turkey breasts.

I preordered an entire xmas dinner online. I was given a time slot to pick up the prepaid order between the hours of 4-5 pm. I arrived at 4pm only to find a crowd outside and locked doors. Employees were going back and forth using the back door to load up their cars with boxes. They continued to say things like “yall shouldn’t wait till the last minute” or “we closed early yall”. They refused to hand out prepaid orders. Police were called. I do not recommend this location at all.

When I arrived at my pick up time the store was closed with people inside was told that they close early because of Xmas eve. There were multiple people outside saying the same thing. The workers inside didn’t have the decency to come to the door to even talk to us the security guard keep saying that they were close. I told him multiple times that I had a pickup time of 4. Even showed him the online receipt showing him the time and he keep saying that they was close. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. All they had to do was had out the orders especially since this was going to be my Xmas dinner. This ruined Xmas dinner for my family. The whole staff should be fired

I ordered 2 pounds of ham and 2 pounds of turkey.I prepaid and went on my lunch break to pick it up. It was faster than the walk-in line, but not more convenient because I still had to wait.
The ham was fine, but the turkey was burnt. I didn’t check until I got back to my job. I didn’t think to check before I left because I’ve never had this issue before with other Honey Baked locations.
I went back up there and had to wait yet again. I asked to get a refund for the convenience fee at this point, seeing how this was a complete inconvenience. They gave it to me back in cash, and I waited for another 10 mins. When I got to my car and checked again, one package of turkey was fine, but they literally gave me back one of the same package I returned!! The first picture is in the car before return. The second pic is the “new” one they gave me, which is clearly still burnt and the same.
I didn’t go back in because at this point, I’m highly annoyed and offended! I’ll never come back to this location. The cashiers were nice but I don’t know what they were doing in the back.

I like their smoked turkey my only problem with them is they’re very expensive and you don’t get that much food butt Granite the turkey breast is really good on a Hawaiian roll it’s small you can eat in there but it’s mainly a place where you get food to take home to your family

Needs to be more organized , how are people who placed an order ahead of time not being able to walk in to just pick up ? And the fact that people were standing in line outside in the cold got sent away and was told to cancel their orders do to them being closed but yet people were in the line for hours.

Being a loyal customer for Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc. I was very disenchanted with the service I received 16 AUG 2025 during Dream Cruise. I went to purchase a sandwich from there and to use the bathroom and a rude employee who made sure I didn’t get her name told me on this day that I couldn’t use the bathroom (claimed out of order). I wondered how did she and the others use the bathroom during their shift, so she lied, only to go in the next business day and the bathroom was back in order. I will never patronize Honey Baked Ham again. Especially, this location. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a issue with this location ( Ferndale, MI. on Woodward Ave.) Try to avoid if possible. Perhaps I will explore different options in the future.
