As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

we had gotten our order to be remade because my sister had asked nicely for my burger to be ketchup, onion, and cheese only and they made it to ketchup & mustard with extra salt , they were in the back putting extra salt on our burgers and i will be reporting an inspection. The lady had to been 16-23 at the window looking rude at my sister the whole time . This is the problem when you have kids running these kind of places, typical . We didn’t even get to eat it luckily it was a 2 for 7 but every dollar counts in an economy like this . What a shame you have workers that could do that to your customers but pouring extreme amount of salt on their burgers because we wanted what i asked for i cannot eat mustard .

The food is great, but the service here is even better! Everyone on the team is extremely kind and generous, and I love stopping by just to see them! They’ll have your food out hot and ready in no time!
Not only that, but I’ve also had just about every single item on the menu, and you really can’t go wrong with anything. The food is very consistent, and you’ll be able to find something you enjoy!
They have simple to loaded burgers, ball park hot dogs, crispy chicken and fish sandwiches, chicken bites, wings, and tenders, slushies, milkshakes, soft serve, sundaes, apple pies, and of course, the famous Checkers/Rally’s fries.
When I say these are easily the best fast food fry and probably the best chain restaurant fry available, I absolutely mean it. These blow every other one out of the water, and you’ll never go back to those once you try these.
Some of my favorite things on the menu are their loaded fries, the fish sandwich, their fry-seasoned tenders, their banana milkshake is delicious, and you can never go wrong with a classic hot dog or burger.

I walked in yesterday to pick up some tenders and fries and this is a new location, the food was alright but the service was absolutely outrageous. This lady I’m sure her name was donna was not only being rude to me but uncooperative to her team.

This Place has given me BOTH of the best fast food experiences of my life. Fast polite service for cheap food. The employees always seem like they genuinely enjoy working here and doing customer service, so much so that I’ve felt compelled to tip the cashier every time I’ve been here.
The fries are the best in fast food, infinitely crunchy and always piping hot, chicken sandwiches are a classic (don’t add bacon) and the chicken tenders are a solid 7/10.
Don’t ask for Honey Mustard it’s kinda just mustard.

Delicious burgers, chicken sandwiches, and fries! Fast service too! I wish there were more Checker’s locations in the area. I drove from Oak Park to this location to satisfy my craving, but it was worth it.

Service was good but just took a bite of my burger and there was a long black hair in my food. I am so sick to my stomach. I only took 2 bites. I ended up throwing my burger and fries away. I don’t have time to go back to complain. I don’t even want to eat here again. Totally disgusted in this.
