While in town my family and I were on a mission to find some good Chinese food and A-1 came highly recommended. The service was great, I didn’t catch the young lady’s name at the register but she was so nice. I didn’t realize their wontons had meat and what I should’ve ordered was the crab rangoon (filled with cream cheese), the young lady offered to swap it out and I greatly appreciated that. There were locals in the restaurant helping us order all the classics like the shrimp St.Paul, the special fried rice with all the meats and the delicious cookies. FYI…It’s not a spot to sit and eat which worked for us since we wanted to take our food back to our hotel but omg! We had a good time just sitting there chatting with each other. The service and food were A1! I highly recommend.

This place has gone viral because, honestly, most local Chinese eateries are horrible now, since covid. They are truly taking advantage of that, with their steadily increasing prices, and no improvements to anything here. You can’t even get a to go menu, and the prices online are incorrect. They charged me $6 for 5 crab rangoon, online price showed $3.69, and only gave me 2 sweet and sour sauces. I’ll just go to Goody Cafe, for carry out, from now on. I love the owner there…she’s very sweet and the portions actually match the prices.

Hands down some of the best fried rice I’ve ever had. Whether hot or if it’s been sitting for a while and it’s just warm, it’s still amazing. I have only had the shrimp fried rice, but plan to try more in the future.

I remember when I first started eating here I ate it 3 days in a row it was so good, but on that fourth day I’m not sure what the problem was. Maybe it was because I came and 1 1/2 hours before they closed; which in my opinion still isn’t an excuse to give me what they gave me. The chicken in the rice wasn’t cooked all the way, and the crab ragoon was stale and tasted old like it had been sitting out. I get sick easily so that one time kind of made me nervous to eat there again. Maybe I’ll give them another try cause like I said I ate here 3 days in a row and everything was great.

Ordered General Tso combination plate. It was trash, no chili peppers, not browned. They just used the generic fried chicken bites with a different sauce. Wanted to try something other than just rice but it was a waste of money. I’ll stick to just the fried rice here and go elsewhere for food that requires actual skill to make.

Overcharged me and won’t refund me. I had my brother call and place a pick up order last month on or around August 18th, around 1-2pm. I went and picked it up. We recieved our food, but the original total was in the $60 range and the credit card statement shows a charge for over $110. They did not give me a receipt and my brother has called multiple times, and they claim they cannot find the receipt for the order and refuse to rectify this situation. We have been dealing with this for weeks and I am very displeased that money has been stolen and this business will not do the honorable thing. I will never eat here again and I advise you all refuse to give them business as well.
