Never coming back here. First time here, asked for a breakfast sandwich and its looks like this. Can’t even eat it. Its like they dunked the whole thing in sauce and through all the ingredients in a wrapper without even trying.

One of our puppies jumped out of the car when we were at the eye doctor across the street. We didn’t notice until we were already across town at Costco. When we called the eye doctor, the receptionist said she could see our puppy at the McDonald’s across the way. I tried 27 times to phone McDonald’s to let them know to watch out for her as we were on our way back. The line was busy. We called the Circle K.
Check your phones! They are not working.

Unbelievably Slow Service
I stopped at the McDonald’s in Zillah, WA, expecting a quick breakfast on the go. Instead, I ended up waiting 30 minutes just for a breakfast sandwich. Absolutely unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. There was no explanation, no apology—just an insanely long wait for something that should take a couple minutes. If you’re in a hurry or just value your time, I’d recommend skipping this location entirely.

Got home started to eat my Quarter Pounder with cheese had no Bacon after I ordered bacon and the label on the box said bacon too.

Went inside to order and stood in line and an employee asked if I knew how to place my order on the computer screen and I told her no. She responded I will show you how and I politely said I don’t want to learn I just want to place my order through the counter and she told me since I wouldn’t use computer screen I couldn’t order and food. I walked out!

There is no real service anymore. I order at a digital touch-screen kiosk. The only human interaction is when they hand me a bag. Then they turn and walk away. But it’s the same reliable yummy garbage we all know and love.
