She is a delightful woman if the food wasn’t any good I’d still come back And order just to see and talk with her. By the way, the food was delicious. I recently ordered the sweet and sour chicken from Dynasty, and it was a huge disappointment. The majority of what I received was just batter with barely any chicken inside. The few pieces of chicken that were there were tiny and overcooked. The overall quality was extremely poor, and it felt like I was eating fried batter with a sauce rather than a proper sweet and sour chicken dish. Additionally, the sauce was overly sweet and lacked the tangy balance that I usually enjoy with this dish. Given this experience, I will not be ordering from Dynasty again. I ordered dinner because I am nightblind and it was late. The driver was late getting here….and when my food came, not only was it cold, but the beef and broccoli only had broccoli in some beef juice. WHERE’S THE BEEF???
I called and some teenager answered then I told him the issue. He gave me attitude and then put me on hold for 15 minutes, and then he hung up on me. I called back, then that boy gave me attitude again and said theirs nothing they can do about it, and I am out of their delivery area.
Then I asked for a manager, and he got on the phone with the same kind of attitude. He said they measured it before it’s served and their was more broccoli so they couldn’t put beef and I am out of the area. I said WHAT seriously, what did you just say. I said, “That’s bs. I have ordered beef and broccoli here before, and I got BEEF AND BROCCOLI!”
Then he said, “Let me see if their is another manager.” Then some girl got on the phone. She said I am out of area and I told her “ok I don’t know what that has to do with the fact that I ordered beef and broccoli and only got broccoli and not one piece of meat.” She said she can fix it right, but I have to bring it back because I am out of the area. I told her I just wanted a refund and I won’t eat here again.
Then she said ok bring the food back and I will give you a refund. This place is a fraud, they have beef and broccoli on the menu but served me broccoli with beef sauce! They have rude children working here. I will get frozen Chinese food to eat for dinner before I come here again.

I used to come here all the time last year and I loved it so much. I came tonight and ordered some sweet and sour chicken. It was basically all breading and no chicken. some bites had no chicken at all. I showed the chicken to the owner and asked if i could have something different or a refund after only eating one and opening a few to see if there was chicken in it. they refused to do either of those things after acknowledging that people always complain about this and that it’s overbattered. they were very rude i do not recommend.

The service was fast and friendly. I ordered the crispy chicken that was fried then served in brown sauce and cheese wantons. The chicken was soggy and had a lot of gristle in it, threw it away. The wantons were very stale and hard to chew. Sorry, even if super friendly, the food was not good.

I LOVE DYNASTYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!! I’m gonna be bold and say they got the best lo mein in Lafayette hands down. I get their egg drop soup too and it’s probably the only one I have ever liked enough to not add anything to. AND Tina is THAT girl – always amazing customer service!
