Stopped by here on 11/18/25 – had to stop by a near-by store and needed some food. Hadn’t been to a MOD pizza since 2018. This location was dead at 1pm on Tuesday which was odd. There was one couple in front of me that seemed like they were being complicated. Another employee grabbed me (dude in the beanie) from the line and got my order going – which was great. Just a one topping MOD-sized pizza. Cheese/Pepperoni. The pizza was great, really thin and crispy. Very light sauce, very light cheese and just a few pepperonis – just the way I like it – he made a mean, quick pizza. It was good, but at almost $14, that was the downfall. When I finished my pizza, there was no one left in the place (1:30pm). Hopefully they stay in business – I’ll be likely back.

Via DoorDash, you select your toppings. That said, the toppings were skimpy. I’d appreciate an option to order extra for a fee. It earns three stars for their spicy tomato sauce and exceptional thin crust. The toppings that did show up were good.

I visited this pizza joint with my colleagues for lunch. The place has the typical pizza joint ambiance, with decent seating both inside and outside. The staff were friendly and efficient.
I decided to try their 11-inch artisan-style pizza, which comes with unlimited toppings. Considering there’s just a dollar difference between the one-topping option and unlimited toppings, it’s a no-brainer. They offer a wide variety of meat and veggie toppings, and you can pile them on as much as you want. Just keep in mind that since it’s a thin crust, overloading it might make it a bit tricky to handle.
What’s cool is that they cook the pizza right in front of you over a gas-fired oven, so you get that fresh, hot pizza experience. If you’re craving a pizza and want to try something different from your regular spot, this place is worth a visit.

Did an online order, came on time and my food was hot and ready – no issues. Friendly greeting from staff and clean area to eat outside. Of course, the food was incredible with our custom pizzas and very worth the price. Love MOD, my go to when I’m in the area. Need more of them around CA.

First time at MOD. This is definitely some of the best build-your-own pizza I have had. Went here on a Friday during lunch. The line moved quickly and we sat down. It took a little while to get the pizza, but overall, a good experience.
As a side note, I’m not a fan of the plastic knives and forks as it made it difficult to cut the pizza – even though it had already been sliced at the counter. That aside, I would definitely come back.

Build a bear but with pizza! Tasty and reasonable, not cheap compared to your standard box stuff like pizza hut. But it is definitely a good place to go for people that want a bunch of different toppings.

Great pizza shop where you can build your own pizza. If you tend to be indecisive or in need fur inspiration, you can also chose from one of their Pizza’s on the menu. This MOD Pizza sometimes gets busy on weekends evenings.
