Their management is absolutely disrespectful along with the the people who work in there. When they messed up my order I called and explained i recieved the wrong food. They were rude about demanding me to come up there right away to prove they made a mistake and then told me they couldn’t refund me my money. I have been calling their customer service for 2 months and the General Manager Morgan seems to not follow through after her 1 email she sends apologizing. So its like a eat at your own risk because if they mess it up you just gambled your money away.

Our carhop was a manager I believe. Her name was Jessica and she was by far the most efficient and kindest restaurant employee I’ve came across in my 45 year life. We were both greatly impressed and would go back gladly. $4.79 for these three chicken strips? The kids meal is a joke. It came with applesauce (forgot apple juice) that was 3oz. In total, this meal was six ounces.
I ordered a burger as well but it was just cheese beef and tomatoes. The only thing prepared correctly was the mint they dropped in the bag before passing it to me.
Edit: no, I won’t be calling anyone to report any issues. Take this feedback and fix it.

The sonic in parkville is horrible!!!!! My tots were a mess and smashed! My chilli cheese Coney was at the bottom of the bag and smashed. My jalapeno bites were over done. My son barely had any tots in his meal. Will not be back!

I’m just done with this location. It’s by far the worst sonic location in town. I’ve been going here for over 15 years but in the past year or so, it’s just gotten consistently worse. The prices are outrageous for the portions you get, the food is always stale, and wait times should not be classified as “fast food”. I waited 25 minutes for a small chicken bites and small mozzarella sticks…both of which were stale and barely edible. The time I visited last, I got a breakfast burrito that was filled with a tiny spoonful of egg inside a giant tortilla. I’m just done. I’ll drive a little further and go to McDonald’s.

some lady MANAGER in there, she wears a hat and she has brown hair and wears glasses. She works in the window as a cashier. She is very rude and disrespectful. She is always rolling her eyes when someone ask for something you guys just opened. It’s nine in the morning and she’s over here mad rolling her eyes, giving horrible customer service as she always does. She needs to be fired or taught how to work with customers or she needs to be taken out the window because that is not Manager material, that is not Manager expectation sonic you need to do better about your staff and stop cooking food quit making burgers soggy and out fresh food. No one wants fresh burgers. I come up here and get burgers a lot and I should never have to come back as many times as I do because my burger is not fresh how it needs to be.

Employee was extremely unfriendly. 3rd time in a row simple order‘s were incorrect. Missing items, wrong items in place of what I ordered. (Not sure if they ran out & tried to sub without telling me) I ordered Cinnasnack w/cream cheese dip & got French toast sticks??? I didn’t even know they sold those on the menu? I sure didn’t order them with my sandwich for lunch! They are always super slow. Parkville Sonic won’t answer phone just let’s it ring & hangs it up over & over. I can hear them on the line, so rude! I guess they think it’s funny. Horrible customer service . Lost our business. Plenty of good restaurants close by who get it right.

Ordered a strawberry lemonade slush. I didn’t see any red in it. The server said the strawberry are at the bottom. I didn’t have time to mix it. Gave me my drink lid half way off and liquid all on the styrofoam. I will never go back. They take way to long. It always take 5 minutes or more just a single drink. Will be going to north oak where wait times aren’t long and they aren’t rushing your order.
