Bit into my wings and something tasted off. I ate my first bite and looked down and saw that the meat was literally red/pink. Went back to this location that i ordered from. The owner has no empathy, didnt even say sorry. All he did was switch the wings too. And to add, last two times that i ordered from here. My pizzas were delivered over an hour from ordering. If i can give this place zero stars, i would.

Great price with the coupon! The pizza was awesome and hot!! And was impressed that they didn’t charge a DOUBLE TOPPING FEE FOR ITALIAN BEEF! Will definitely order again with a coupon.
We ALWAYS order from another Pizza Place but they’ve really gotten carried away with their prices so ROSATI’S was a welcome new choice! Keep the coupons coming…we loved it!

I had a very disappointing experience with the leadership at the Rosati’s in Buffalo Grove. I received an email for a free 12-inch pizza as a birthday coupon and placed my order within the stated time period. After placing the order, I was called and told that they would not honor the coupon.
I was informed that the manager refused to honor the promotion, despite the fact that the coupon was valid and clearly communicated via email. This reflects poorly on the store’s management and undermines customer trust. If a promotion is sent out, it should be honored as stated.
While the issue itself may seem small, it points to a larger problem with leadership and accountability. I would advise management to better align their internal policies with the offers they send to customers, as this experience left a very negative impression.

Called in an order and spoke to the most friendly and helpful person ever! Pizza and wings were delivered fast and hot. Got delivery, so I can’t comment on the atmosphere.

Decided to host a pizza party for 40 people in 18 hours… Called Karen and she set me up with a great Pizza Party deal
Picked up pizzas next day at 10:45am, before normal open hours and brought pizzas in on time, hot, and smelled up good the entire rehab facility! Everyone loved the pizzas and thanked me a hundred times
So thank you Karen/ Rosati’s right back and we’ll be back!!

Pizza, tenders, and fried mushrooms were DELISH! A great value too. They also have the nicest boxes, with ranch dressing, for the sides. Might order again this week

Karen and her team at 1147 N McHenry Road in Buffalo Grove, Il., are the best! They’re always punctual with deliveries, the pizzas are consistently fresh, and they never forget to provide plenty of plates and utensils for large orders. Truly outstanding service. Couldn’t ask for better!
