I do Doordash and this place is always incredibly slow and the employees are just bonkers. Just crazy rude.
I went in today to pick up an order and it took forever as usual. But I expected that. Also there was very loud rap playing in the kitchen with some lyrics that didn’t seem appropriate for a business but again, this is Pizza Hut so I wasn’t surprised.
After I had waited a few minutes at the counter without anyone even acknowledging I was there a worker came out and told me it would be a few more minutes more, so I kept waiting.
Finally a different guy in the kitchen brought my order out and I was verifying the items (WHICH IS MY JOB) but didn’t see the extra sauces on the DD checklist so I asked if they were in the pizza box.
He “muttered why you trying to tell me how to do my job?” and I thought I had misunderstood him. So I asked again. And he again said “why you trying to tell me how to do my job?” but angry this time.
I don’t know if the guy was on drugs or what because he seemed really angry but I replied “I’m just trying to verify my order” and he yelled “you got everything you need!”
I was takenaback but again said I didn’t see the sauces and then I noticed an order of breadsticks was missing too. I asked him where they were and he just said “you got everything you need!” again.
I said I was missing breadsticks and he finally came over and looked, then huffed and went in back to the kitchen and got some breadsticks and slapped them down.
I asked one last time if the other extra sauces were in the boxes and he just said” you got everything you need!”
I asked to speak to the first guy I’d spoken to and the guy at the counter just yelled” he can’t help you, you got everything you need! “
I yelled asking for help back to the kitchen and one of the other workers walked by but ignored me and the guy at the counter just kept saying” they can’t help you! “
Anyway TLDR version this is bar none the worst place I’ve gone to in over a year of Doordashing and thousands of deliveries.
I don’t know what was going on with the workers but it’s no surprise Pizza Hut is closing so many restaurants, they just do not care.
I’d leave negative stars if I could.

First and foremost I want to say I don’t know whether she was a server or a manager but she was working her butt off and she was excellent except for drinks she never asked us once if we wanted a refill but she was very very busy I think she was the only one in there waiting on the tables and clearing your tables now on with the bad review the food was horrible most of the food was cold that was supposed to be hot and most of the cold food was lukewarm nothing was fresh I was so disappointed My nephew and grandson and I came in this was our first time and the for the price we paid it was absolutely horrible. The salad bar was a joke not only was it absolutely disgusting with no fresh ingredients whatsoever but just barely any variety of anything. The pizza choices were terrible the pasta was awful The only thing good about the entire meal was the drink but how do you mess up a pink lemonade. I was so embarrassed bringing my grown grandson and grown nephew to this place. It was absolutely a waste of money. I doubt very seriously I would ever step foot in this place again The food was just absolutely horrible.

Ordered $60 worth of food (6 pizzas and bread sticks) for my daughter’s bday party as Pizza Hut is her favorite. 4 pizzas were VERY burnt and inedible. Called in, got an apology and took a minute but relayed which 4 needed to be remade. 1.5 hrs later 3 pizzas arrive…wrong order was delivered. Told I would get a refund. Called next day and goes straight to voicemail regardless of the 4 times I call even at 3pm. Call the following day and ask for a manager, she says she is one and will refund my order. I waited on hold for 25 mins and she never came back. Go to any other pizza hut but this one. The one by 465 and Emerson is WAY better and better customer service.

Pizza was ready, hot, and very tasty. But the first person to help had no idea how to handle my order. No idea how to ring it open, and wasn’t that polite. And young girl had to help him out. Otherwise, good experience. Both pizzas were tasty. Not too much of any ingredients, just enough. Cheese pizza is usually kinda boring, but not from Pizza Hut. Good cheese.

Do not go here unless you want your money snatched! if you already ordered the average waiting time is 10 minutes or 30 minutes. the food was kind of good service not at all I heard yelling in the back! and the atmosphere was just no.

Marcus Damiya and Russell delivered a very fast friendly and delicious service! I was greeted and waited upon promptly when entering, took about ten mins to get my pizzas and everything was checked off on my receipt and even showed me my pizzas before leaving now this is how pizza should go!

Haven’t eaten at a Pizza Hut in a long time and will never again be ordering…breadsticks came in a bag old and nasty. Only reason didn’t take back was because my kids were hungry. Pizza was just terrible I’ve had frozen pizzas that were by far better…..over fifty dollars later…

The customer service is absolutely terrible! I called because my account was charged 2 times and trying to figure it out. I was told to call back after 8 to speak to the manager. I explained to the person on the phone I still wanted my order. After I finally figured it out and got home I was very disappointed in the food. On one of the pizzas there was no cheese at all. On the other several slices were crust only. As far as the taste it was lacking compared to other locations. I would highly recommend ordering from another location.

Came in at 8:30 and the man said it’s closed and we can’t eat there. The hours say till 10 any other night we can inside. Poor customer service!!!! The man is very rude!! Now I see why they have 2 stars. We also ordered 2 orders of breadsticks they were laced them both in the same bag hardly no seasoning.

Pizza Hut is my favorite chain over all the others. However, they have lacked over the years. The taste is still very good but the craftsmanship lacks too many times. I do miss the Hut of the 90’s!
Follow up: My family chose the Hut for their Friday night pizza night. I ordered two medium pizzas. One cheese pizza (kids choice) and one pizza with half pineapple and half sausage. (This pleases my wife.) My two topping pizza was half pineapple and half cheese. Come on man! Why would I order a cheese pizza and a half cheese pizza? Stop Shaq-acting a fool. Why do you want me to tip during check out for a carry out order that they can’t even get right? One star is removed for this.
