I stopped by KFC – 7384 McLaughlin Rd and overall had a decent experience. The chicken was crispy and flavorful like you’d expect, and the sides were fresh and hot. Service was fairly quick, especially through the drive-thru, which made it convenient.

It’s a solid spot if you’re craving classic fried chicken and want something fast and familiar. Not perfect, but it hits the spot when you’re in the mood for KFC.

Ordered ahead in the app so I could go pick up on my thirty min lunch break. Well, thirty mins later I’m still waiting, been waiting so long I decided to leave a review. Now I’m late going back to work. Just great! I’ll up date my review when I get my order because I know it better not be missing anything with how long I’ve been waiting for it. This also doesn’t make sense considering there is no one in here. 6:34pm 1/2/26 been waiting since 6pm

Store opens at 10am. Got there are 10:10. Nobody on drive through. Waited 10 minutes. Tried the front. Was locked. Went back through drive through waited till 10:35. Finally was greeted with “we can’t take your order” and the drive through window closes. What a disgrace of a human. I can see why this store has the worst ratings.

Manager Brooke was rude when we ordered. Refused to do any substitutions. My bucket did not have any drumsticks in it. Brooke said that my kid must have taken the 4 drumsticks out, because she personally put them in. Then she called my daughter a liar. This place is the least pleasant place to order food. Not to mention that the chicken was trash. All of the breading was soggy and falling off. Thanks for this pleasant experience Brooke!!! You have no business working in service or being a manager.

Just drove through and ordered a 12 piece with three sides and biscuits. Chicken is supposed to be crispy, not dripping in grease, soggy and falling off of the chicken. I had to squeeze the grease off the chicken with paper towels. Potato wedges should not be overcooked they crunch and are dry (except one was still cold in the middle as if partially frozen). The biscuits were not cooked all the way. I try coming to this location a couple times a year and always hope it is better. It never changes, and I will finally stop tempting fate and not come back. Reheated food in the oven or air fryer will be better than what I received. I’m worried about the mashed potatoes since everything else was so bad…and it set me back 42.00 and change. Not worth any of it.

I understand why this place gets bad reviews. The staff just don’t care what they are doing. They are slow, and they even put an open condiment package in my bag. The place is dirty, and will not be coming back!

I didn’t appreciate the attitude from the girl working the drive through when ordering. I didn’t do anything to precipitate it.
Also, it’s like the lady was mad at me for ordering a meal that came with biscuits that she said they didn’t have… This is fast food… Take it easy…

Hopefully my review will help it go down even further.

Half the employees do one thing and the other half do another. God Forbid they exchange a coleslaw for mashed potatoes after 2 weeks of employees letting me do that with a restaurant EMPTY!!!!

Stay Away! Floors are greasy, and these employees apparently need RETRAINING

Waited 30 minutes for my food. Then when I received my food there were missing items. Got my order corrected and got home to find out my fries had so much salt they weren’t edible. Then the chicken I ordered had a puddle of grease it was sitting in… roughly 1/3 cup of grease. They gave me a card for 2 free meals, but honestly I’d never order from here again. Terrible service and food so bad it had to been done purposely. Throwing my food away and never going back to this location. Be warned this place isn’t some where you want to eat. It’s fast food so my expectations are already low, but they clearly know how to take it to a new level.

This is the nicest KFC I have been to in a while. Modern, clean, and well-maintained. They accept phone payment options, which is always a plus. Like many KFC’s this one is paired with an A&W.
No soda water in the fountain which is unfortunate.
Seating was nice. Food was good.
Some variety in music genre would be good—it was all auto-tuned pop-country music.
