First time visitor to see a live band on 10/19. Beer was cold, burger was good and chicken salad sandwich was like mom made. Girls behind the bar were on top of everything and even though this seems like a locals bar, I never felt unwelcomed. Will return soon.

I was at Shep’s for a birthday party. The place was packed and it was a really good time. There was music and karaoke. The bartenders were very helpful. Staff came around collecting emptied glasses and kept on top of things. The food was brought in by guest kind of like a potluck and it was good. There was cake and cupcakes and all sorts of things. The whole event was fun.

We came for a line dancing class. Vibes are small town/local spot. Service was quick, atmosphere was family friendly, prices were very reasonable. They have a heated patio, full bar, clean bathrooms and plenty of seating. We will definitely come back!

John Shep and good crew are nothing short of spectacular for the Charlotte NC music community. No matter what your tastes are, they got something for you! I had the honor of performing here on Friday March 15th and before that in November. Every time I perform at this venue, the vibe is hopping! They party like nobody else! If you’re ever in the Charlotte NC area, this is the place to be!
