Was just here today and unfortunately the girl (Abby) taking our order was very rude. She was crabby had an attitude with me, other costumers, and workers. While ordering my drink she even had the audacity to roll her eyes. I didn’t even get to order everything I wanted as she cut me off and said the total after my drinks and I just let it be because I’m not going to deal with someone like that. Once I got my drink it was half right and missing the other half of the things I asked for… and my cup wasn’t even full! There was a good inch and a half of the cup empty right off the bat! Which is very disappointing when you pay so much. This also seemed to happen to the lady in front of us and she (Abby) refused to fix it. Not a great location ….

The banter from the man at the window really made the wait seem fast once we got to the window. But also made it replicant why the wait upwards seemed long.

The really skimped out in the crunchies on my caramel ribbon crunch. Not cool dude.

Absolutely impressed. I ordered a carmel ribbon crunch cream for the first time in a while. Last time it tasted off so I stopped getting them for a while and today they have been redeemed! I’m not sure who made my drink. I know it was a younger lady with blonde hair and she was just the sweetest. She even wrote a note on the cup that said yummy. 10/10 experience. That drink was so good that girl needs a raise.

I come here often on coffee runs for my shop across the way. The staff are always friendly and engaged, and look genuinely pleased with their work. It’s a lovely piece of consistency in a chaotic day. They’re always ready with an expert suggestion!

I’m in town for a week for business. Unfortunately this store was my closest option. Went here every morning for over a week. They’re not terrible but not great either. Slow drive thru when busy and they didn’t get my order correct a 1/3 of the time.

When ordering at the drive thru, I was ordering more than two ice waters and the lady cut me off and her customer service was unacceptable. The staff here are usually very nice and welcoming, was disappointed

Let me first off say the employees work hard. They work their tushes off. They work as fast as the kitchen staff on The Bear. So my issues are primarily directed at how corporate has chosen to run their stores in recent years. I ordered inside and waited over 20 minutes for one drink and a croissant. Meanwhile, one car after another went through the drive-thru and no, they didn’t all place their orders ahead of time on the app. There were only two other customers in the store. There were four employees working non-stop and there could have been double that to handle all of the app and drive-thru orders along with the infrequent customers at the counter. I realize you (corporate) want to make as much $ as you can, but the face to face customer should be prioritized.
