I can’t even give this one star. Brought a 8 piece dark meat bucket for $10 special. The meat was beyond cooked, like eating a dried out turkey. It was cooked so hard the skin wouldn’t come off. It was supposed to be an eight piece dark but they give me 4 overcooked legs that had more bone then meat and they were supposed to give me 4 thighs but gave me 4 super overcooked, dry breasts. They should be embarrassed to called themselves a chicken restaurant. This is hands down the worst chicken I have ever tried. Had to throw all of this away after getting tired of wrestling with trying to eat it. Sad that they made me put a star because it is definitely a -0.

The Spicky Chicken Sandwich from KFC is my favorite sando out right now. Love the combo of the spice and the pickles. Another bonus, this KFC is attached to Long John Silver and you can order a side of fish! Freaking win win!

Drive thru service is always on point. Dine in experience is poor. Only 2 clean tables, no napkins, trash cans all full, bathrooms need cleaned, floors need a quick sweep. Not acceptable at 3:30pm on a saturday when trying to compete with Chik-fil-a next door. 19 Sept 2020

They screwed up my order at the drive-thru and would not come back to the window. After 10 minutes. I went back inside to get him to remake it and he just gave me the same food back and gave me an extra side and the one item I was missing and would not ring up the other item they forgot on my order that I wasn’t charged for. Telling me” I can keep the slaw. Here’s the missing potatoes” is peak poor and really shitty customer service. Also they were having an argument in the back and everybody at the front of the house could hear it. The management needs to control that.. I won’t be back.
I felt bad for the one person at the register who had to deal with everybody standing in line waiting for their food glaring at them for taking so long though.

The experience was completely unsatisfactory as half the order was missing. Missing was a large mashed potato, Cole slaw, and no sauces (0 of 8). A sticker on 2 bags said “Packed and double checked for accuracy by”. No name was provided. Pretty worthless statement when it wasn’t done. When I returned to the site, the manager said there was nothing he could do since the order was online even though it was personnel who made the error. He was of no help! Utterly poor performance. Did not offer any credit or voucher (wouldn’t accept it anyway). On a scale of 1 to 10, a solid 1!

Clean restaurant and good food. Where are the condiments? I can’t think of many restaurants that don’t have most basic condiments and utensils in the dining room. They announce your food and quickly disappear so you have to ask for ketchup, tartar sauce, fork, etc…
