“I’m really disappointed with my order. The burrito was mostly tortilla and felt flat with barely any filling inside. For the price, I expected it to actually be stuffed. It honestly felt like I was eating bread with a thin layer of ingredients. Not worth it this time.”

Pulled up to the window to pay, wasn’t greeted but instead watched two guys throwing ice at each other. Eventually I paid, then got my food. Taco supreme had the sour cream on the OUTSIDE of the taco in between the shell and the wrapper, and the bean burrito was cold and basically all cheese and nothing else. I took one bite and threw it away. Fast food is not really cheap anymore, and all that for me to still be hungry and throw half my food away. Sooooo frustrating. Maybe spend less time throwing ice at each other and watch a Taco Bell training video instead.

If I could choose 0 stars I would. Been to this location several times and my order is always messed up. Who puts a mexican pizza at the bottom of the bag and a whole taco box among other items on top of that? I couldn’t even eat it. Very disappointing when you pay almost $80 and the food is crap!

The workers work hard. Food is always fresh and good. Service is a little slow, but I blame that on having 2 different menus Taco Bell/KFC. If you order Taco Bell it is not as fast as other Taco Bells becasue of this. I blame ownership, not the workers. If you are at the drive thru and order two burritos, but the 2 cars in front order buckets of chicken and sides you are going to wait.

Place has nice menu because of the combination of kfc and taco bell. However the quality of the food is often very mediocre compered to other taco bells and kfcs. They often have smaller portions and get items in your order forgotten.

Management really needs to step it up at the Hartville location. Workers always seem overwhelmed or just not wanting to be there. Lights are always off before close which makes it look uninviting. The wait. Let’s not even go there with the wait time.
It’s worth driving to Springfield location. They are always inviting, fast and pleasant and are not out of everything! I will edit my review to 5 stars when someone comes in and helps this location out!

We live 2 minutes from this location and have given them multiple chances but I’m over it.
Whoever owns this franchise either doesn’t care or doesn’t care! Hire new management and employees who are welcoming. The atmosphere

Worst Taco Bell ever. Every time I come here there’s an issue. I’ve sat in the drive thru for almost an hour multiple times just for my order to be wrong. Tonight I sat in the drive thru for close to 15 minutes to get this. This is supposed to be the steak rattlesnake fries & this is what I got. I paid $2.99 for 6 fries & 3 pieces of steak. Definitely will not return here again after this.

tried the website. Nope. Went somewhere else. (Ps the two cop cars both parked in the handicap spots in a completely empty parking lot is weird.)
Edit: Reading the recent reviews the only good ones are just ratings without reviews. Fake ratings maybe? Very suspect.

The drive thru staff don’t even smile let alone ask if you need any condiments. The food portions is very skimpy compared to other locations.

I waited in the drive thru for my food for 25 minutes. When I paid the cashier she took my credit card for 5 mins and was yelling at her coworkers, with the drive thru window shut. The staff was rude and awkward. I was given my food cold and was not compensated for my wait or cold food for a coupon!! I will not be returning and I suggest no one comes to get “Fast” food here!
