I paid for and ordered this bowl with extra rice and extra chicken and my beans looks like they’ve been sitting out! I got 3 pieces of chicken as you can see and no extra rice more lettuce than anything! Absolutely disgusting! And what makes it worse is that I asked twice if she got my order right and was told yes!

I was told that they were out of “beef” for the next 45 minutes. How does a fast food restaurant run out of their primary ingredient and essentially shut down the whole business during regular hours? Obviously a poorly managed franchise. I left and went to McDonald’s.
The customer service is good here. The people have always been pleasant. There is hardly ever a line, probably because the food is poorly prepared. The workers there need to realize that the food they are making is not cheap. My order was over 13 bucks for 6 tacos, and the tacos were poorly and barely filled (see photo). I started to take them back, but I had gone through the drive thru and already driven home.
The workers need to make the tacos as if they were making them for themselves. I doubt that they would make their own taco to be 80 percent taco shell with lettuce in it.
This is not a Franchise wide issue. Both Taco Bell’s in Owasso make good food most of the time. This is just a pathetic and poorly managed location.

Yeah…. not happy. Wrong food in the bag, as in had a Mexican pizza, not a tostado. When I ordered the 3 soft taco supreme meal, that’s in the title. I was asked if I wanted that as a Supreme. This is what I got. Really guys? Have you ever seen a taco?
