I ordered with my husband a latte, a donut, and a black coffee. Unfortunately, the latte was disgusting. I ordered it hot and it was almost cold, the cup felt warm, but when I drank it, it was lukewarm, almost cold. I wanted it hot because I was feeling cold. They made it twice and it still wasn’t hot. I wasted time and had to request a refund. Very bad experience. I recommend training your employees better, or not hiring people so young who seem to have their minds on TikTok instead of doing their job properly.

This is my favorite Dunkin around here. We have two in North Olmsted, but I go out of my way to go to this location. The workers are SO kind! There have been numerous instances where their kindness has really been the highlight of my day. Hayden and the rest of the team are always nice, smiling and go out of their way to make my experience pleasant. This is also the most consistent location when it comes to drink quality. I’ve been happy with every coffee that I’ve ordered. Thank you guys for being so awesome at what you do and for making your customers’ days brighter. It really goes a long way, especially nowadays. This is my go-to Dunkin now.

We get out the door early and I’m able to make a quick stop so that my 7-year-old can get a donut. His favorite donut is a Boston cream donut. I gave the order for a Boston cream donut, and they put in a regular glaze donut. I’m so very glad that they cannot follow the simplest of directions and ruined the day for a 7-year-old boy. Good job everyone.

I’m not a big DD person but I figured I’d order through my phone to save time – I ordered 12 donuts (4 different flavors) and 2 drinks. I checked in at 10:21am while on the exit ramp of I-480. Pulled into their lot at 10:23am, by 10:33 I was 1 car past the speaker and at 10:38 I was still 1 car from the window. I soon found out why: when I got to the window I had to ask for my drinks to be put in a carrier, then I was told 1 of my choices was out of stock – my deselection was also out of stock. During this time a second item on the original order went out of stock! I then said I’d just take any 12 donuts as long as they aren’t filled. Worker finished assembling my dozen then proceeded to make a coffee drink which she put in my carrier. I told her I was only suppose to have 2 drinks – she examined the carrier and as she removed 1 she mumbled “why is this even here?” She handed me the carrier, the dozen and a bag (what’s in the bag!?). 20 minutes in the drive-thru by the time I pulled away from the window and I ended up with 12 chocolate donuts (originally asked for 3 chocolate), the 2 iced coffees (correct) and a bag of blueberry(?) donut holes (that I didn’t even order)… You’d think with the “out of stock” issue that the donuts would be fresh but that wasn’t so. I don’t think I will be visiting that location anytime soon.

September I was in the hospital with horrible food poisoning from this specific Dunkin!! Dirty! They use the same spoon for every drink! And they do not wipe any counters down!! And if they do! It’s with the same dirty rag all day long! So gross!

the people were nice but got extremely burnt bacon on some untoasted bread for my avocado “toast”. it was disgusting i had to throw it away all you could taste was the burnt bacon on some soggy bread.

I placed an online order for a box of coffee and some donuts for work meeting thinking I could either pick it up or they bring it out to me like many of the other restaurants do. Their lobby was closed the line was 15 cars deep and when I called to ask if they could bring it out to me the person was extremely rude and basically hung up. What’s the point of mobile orders if you can’t pick it up quickly and bypass the drive-thru in lines. If I was the franchise owner of the store I’d be embarrassed on the service they provide to their customers. It’s one thing to have issues it’s another thing to be rude to customers over the phone and hang up on them.

If you’re in a hurry, don’t come here! It takes a while, even when there aren’t many customers. They seem to take one order at a time at the drive-thru. I waited to give my order, and then, when I pulled around, there was no one ahead of me! The drink was great, but not worth the wait.
