Very disappointing. Ordered extra cheese on the cheesesteak, barely any cheese actually came on it. Completely left out the mac and cheese bites from our order. Mozz zticks came witout marinara sauce. Paying for extra cheese and an appetizer then not receiving what we paid for, is worse than the fact the food was bland. Would not order from here again.

Got the Cheesesteak hoagie and the Chicken Cheesesteak hoagie, which were both very good! The service was a bit slower, but the guy at the counter was nice. Absolutely hated that the prices were not visible, each hoagie was around 18.50 which caused a shock when it came time to pay. For a lighter lunch, we were able to split 2 hoagies between 4 people.

The meat is dry and chewy, the cheese didn’t even cover the entire thing, and the bread is awful. Never go here.

My nephew called in his order for a pickup. Stated what he wanted and went to pick it up only to realize he was given the wrong steak sandwich. Went back in and stated to an employee that he what he received was wrong. The employee stated that he did “Get the right sandwich “ but the receipt “was wrong” and the employee knew he put the wrong receipt on it too’ because he rudely said so! (They screwed up the receipts) Anyway , another sandwich was made (did they eat the one that was returned?) with no apology for the screw up. No respect and Lousy customer service! I think they care more about the celebrity photos outside ,on the side of their business than the real folks WHO KEEP THEM IN BUSINESS! Will never go back.

Absolutely horrible place to eat. I LOVE TONY LUKES in ocean City Maryland not the one on the boardwalk. This place is doing a major disservice to Tony Lukes. This place is ridiculous the workers are lazy, rude, and disrespectful they should be fired. The sandwich was slopped together it looked like it was dropped on the ground and picked back up. The food didn’t even taste like Tony Lukes down the street. This place should be closed down and everyone should stick to the Tony Lukes restaurant in ocean city. I will NEVER eat at this establishment again and if you are reading this then I suggest you don’t either.

Ordered a Caesar salad , she said it had chicken in it.
I made the mistake of asking if the chicken was grilled or fried…. Shouldn’t be a difficult question.. however this female was so confused and finally said it’s chokum. With total regret now, I continued with the order. It had lettuce so brown it was obviously rotten. I threw it away. .the chicken was dry and salty. So discussing. It should have read the reviews beforehand.Don’t get food from there..

I just paid 18$ for the driest little garbage sandwich I maybe have ever choked down. I expected it to be expensive and maybe at least good, I was wrong. It’s like an 8 inch dry little roll with barely any dried out steak in it, some cheese whiz and then of course -no onions, they ran out .

Can I do a zero star? Just a plain old bad establishment. Should have read the reviews. Prices are shady and not listed, person taking the order didn’t understand anything in English, messed up our order, couldn’t understand why. Manager was quite useless as well. Don’t go here.
