Food always tastes great and the carhops are very friendly. However, the orders are almost never prepared correctly. 9 times out of 10 there’s one thing wrong with someone’s order…we’re a family of 4…or somethings forgotten. ALWAYS check your bag before leaving!

I have been to several sonics across several states. To this day this remains the absolute worst one I have ever experienced. First off over half of the stalls are broken. Second let’s talk about the theft that occurred when I ordered today. Due to the card readers not working your card has to be taken inside which one of the workers rounded up to keep the change for a tip when they were not permitted to do so. I’m sure this is not the first time this sort of theft has occurred. Lastly the blatant ignorance of an order. I had ordered the double sonic pretzel smasher bacon cheeseburger instead I received a number one that appeared to be uncooked and downright disgusting. I took two bites out the sandwhich before throwing it away and knew it would useless to argue with the incompetent employees over my correct order. No matter what every time I go to this sonic it is nothing but disappointment and wasted money.

The food is excellent at times, I think the breakfast is the best of what they have. I feel like they need to upgrade or update their call out screens. If they would come up with a touch screen that you can order yourself that would be amazing but it’s Kaplan’s sonic lol. They do a good jab and thanks for the services.

I absolutely love this sonic compared to surrounding cities. The only problem I have is that management won’t fix the touch screen stalls. These workers work VERY hard at this sonic and are so sweet. For 2 days in a row I wasn’t able to tip because there was no way to press the screen. I was told corporate management said it costs too much to fix, I believe if they wanted to they would. Appreciate your workers MORE. I would appreciate somebody reaching out to me that is corporate.

worker chose to pass on the right side of my truck to go to the other stall and completely made my truck move by rubbing against it with her and her food tray. called and told management and all they said was “okay”. absolutely aggravated.

Ordered 3 hot fudge sundaes. Got 3 – 1/2 cup servings. When I asked about serving size was informed the NEW owner had cut the serving size down to 4 ounces (approx 1/2cup). Not a good deal for only change back off 10 dollars. Uninstalled the sonic app already.

Every time I go to this location and make an order when I get my food there is always something Missing. and ending up having to drive back just so that can fix there mess up. I recommend taking a longer drive and go to the Abbeville location way better than this one. I’m not the type to complain but when its every time there is a problem I will not be returning
