Always busy since on campus and always understaffed. They staff that are working possess no sense of urgency. They all move as if a molasses bomb exploded in the middle of their workspace. If they spent more time listening to sandwich orders, learning how to cut bread properly and understanding that toppings should be spread out evenly as much as they have meaningless side conversations during peak times maybe they’d actually receive a second star for this review…

I ordered just before it closed, which I will admit is my mistake. However that is no excuse to put DOUBLE OF EVERYTHING on an order that had none of those ingredients listed. Employees are clearly petty. And based of previous experiences there, EXTREMELY judgemental.

The employees move about as fast as construction workers and have you repeat yourself multiple times before they even begin to understand your requests. By far the least efficient subway out there.
