This is hands-down one of the WORST Popeyes I have ever stepped foot in, and I will never return. I gave this place TWO chances in two days, and both times the food was either cold, old, or both. After a horrible experience the first night, I made the mistake of going back the next day; and unbelievably, the second visit was even worse.
I ordered the big box both times. On my second visit, instead of getting a wing and a breast, they slapped two old, cold wings in the box like I wouldn’t notice. The fact that they thought this was acceptable is ridiculous. And to make matters worse, when I reached out to headquarters, their response was pathetic. They acted like serving me cold, leftover wings was completely fine.
This review isn’t even covering everything that went wrong, but let me be clear: Do NOT patronize this Popeyes. Save yourself the frustration, because you WILL regret going here.

The drive up should not be allowed to make you pull up. I waited 30 minutes for my chicken sandwich with fries. They brought out someone else’s order and I waited another 15 minutes for them to correct it. No apologies just “here”.They need training big time.

This place needs help. Poor manager or supervisor is slammed trying to get orders together and begging her staff to help. Owner of this location needs to step up their game. Literally saw 4 hard working blue collar guys say they don’t have time to wait 20 minutes again for chicken and won’t be back again. Lunch breaks aren’t all day and this isn’t hard work. Just need adequate staff and a system that is efficient to have orders out like it should be. “Fast Food” not a sit down restaurant.

This is One of the worst stores In the area. If it’s not backed up And slow, It’s empty and dirty. In addition, many of the employees here, but not all are absolutely rude. I’ve had to complete DoorDash orders from this store on multiple occasions. Each time no one would acknowledge I was there, while I’m staring at the food just sitting underneath the screen that shows you what to put in the bag and it is never ever in the area for Mobile orders. I literally had to get help from one of the cooks because the woman standing there putting the food together would not acknowledge me even when I kept saying something to her. Every time they do that it affects the delivery drivers because people get quite upset when their food is cold and late, but the store doesn’t have to deal with that until now because I’m definitely reporting it to DoorDash and two the corporate office the owner whatever because this store should not even be allowed To do deliveries at all, and I wish I knew the name specifically of the young woman who look like she might’ve been a manager or something, but I don’t know for sure so that I could be very clear on who the problem was. I think that if people don’t like doing their job and they should probably apply somewhere else or find a different job every time you come in the store you feel like the people who work there hate being there so that says that the team Morales is absolutely in the ground. I don’t know what you need to do to get it together, but you need to make it happen as quickly as possible

Ms. Laytoya was beyond rude. She went as far as asking me if I speak English and if I understood what she was saying. She asked me to back up and drive up to the drive threw window again because I was too far. I honestly was pretty close to the window and I am beyond disappointed in her attitude.

Your night crew doesn’t want to do anything. Drive through line around the building and the staff trying to go slow so everyone leaves. Losing money and staff is eating your clock. Sad.

Lady who worked the drive thru has a really bad attitude. As I was paying, she was rolling her eyes at the person speaking to her via drive thru intercom and kept waving her arms for them to hurry.
Also I didn’t get my entire order. Nor was given a receipt to even prove I didn’t get all the items. .
The macaroni was cold and not a full.
Will not be going back.

I don’t know what has happened to the red beans but they are definitely different. Not as good as they used to be. A lot more bland. Also, they seriously need to bring back the onion rings! They had some of the best onion rings anywhere!

The food was very good. We’ll seasoned hot and delicious and the atmosphere was great. errible service. No one answered the drive thru speaker. I was asked to pull up and waited for my blackened tenders, and they forgot to give me a receipt. Then the manager Rana Houssain told me he couldn’t give me a receipt and I should have asked for it at the window. He said it wasn’t possible for him to reprint the receipt, then I pushed back on this and he gave me a receipt. Made it seem like he just didn’t want to do it.
