Join us for your next meal at the historic Meredith Inn. We are a modern country Steakhouse with a beautiful Mountain View as our backdrop. We serve cuts locally sourced through a combination of our farm at Stonewall Pastures and Fieldstone Farms. We have vegetarian options as well and a full bar. Snowmobile season is upon us and we are right on the trail. Join us via auto or snowmobile. Snowmobile trailer/truck parking available for a $50 charge that is usable as dining credit. Restaurant patrons, use us as your launching point for you truck and trailer to hit the snowmobile trails. Thank You

My recent dining experience at Stonewall at the Meredith Inn was truly exceptional. I had the shrimp and grits, and it was prepared to perfection — the shrimp were flawlessly cooked, tender, and full of flavor, beautifully complemented by rich, well-balanced grits that felt both comforting and refined.

Found this restaurant while taking a drive.. what an amazing find. Brunch on Sunday is outstanding. Chicken sandwich on a biscuit and one of the best cheesburgers. Food was incredible, atmosphere is great, and service was impeccable .

The sirloin for two was perfectly cooked. It was one of the best steaks I have ever had. The sides were incredible. The drinks were expertly made. We had a bread pudding for dessert that I am still thinking about! The staff and owner are as friendly and genuine as they come. Will certainly be going back.

We hosted our rehearsal dinner/welcome party at the Meredith and could not recommend it enough. Louann and the Stonewall group created an outdoor oasis for our 80 dinner guests and seamlessly transitioned dinner into a welcome party for 125+. The food was phenomenal, and the chefs were incredibly kind and accommodating. Our friends and family are still talking about the dishes months later!
A few weeks before the event we were discussing décor/florals and Louann took charge, picking flowers from her friend’s garden and creating the most beautiful arrangements for our tables, making sure we did not need to worry about anything. We were in awe of what the crew put together.
We also hosted our morning after the wedding brunch at the Meredith which was phenomenal. The food was incredible and set up beautifully. The chefs put together a combination of plated and take away items the guests loved.
The Meredith is perfect for a smaller/mid-size wedding, or for pre/post wedding events for those getting married at Stonewall Estate. We are so thankful we were able to work with Louann and the Stonewall group on all of our wedding weekend events and hope we have the opportunity to come back soon (especially for the food!)!

My wife and I were looking at a central location for our wedding between her family who lives mostly in the NYC/Philadelphia area and my family who lives in the Western New York area. We decided the Catskills would be a great area to look for a venue. We did some research and heard great things about Stonewall Estates. My mother-in-law was able to visit and loved the aesthetics of the area. We decided to choose Stonewall at the Meredith for our venue, and we are so thankful we did! My wife and I were able to go out about 3 months before our wedding to visit and do taste testing. It was everything we wanted in a venue! The building was perfect size for our wedding, it was set up so we could do our ceremony outside and easily walk right back inside for cocktail hour and our reception, and the food was amazing. The wedding planner made everything so easy and convenient for us. They also work closely with a local florist who met us at the venue when we visited which was very helpful.
Fast forward 3 months to our wedding weekend. Everything was set up just how we asked! We did our dress rehearsal Friday evening and it was so easy because it had already been planned out. We were able to use a room above the venue to get ready before the wedding as well, which was very convenient. The ceremony was beautiful outside and cocktail hour was hosted outside literally 50 feet away making it easier for older relatives to navigate the wedding. The meal was amazing, and our friends still bring up how much they loved the dinner they had! We were fortunate enough to have a double rainbow show up after dinner as well. Everything went just how we planned it, and it was the perfect wedding day! We could not recommend this wedding venue enough!

Went to Meredith Inn for breakfast with a group that totalled 11 people. The setting, which is in the foothills of the Catskills, is terrific. The Inn has been renovated and work continues. It is clean and looks great. The breakfast i ordered was basic, but very good. Everybody in our party seemed happy with their meals.
