When I visited the Haagen Dazs shop in the Colorado Mills Mall at Workstation 1, This rude employee originally charged me 7.29 including Tax. However when I paid for the ice cream, she charged me for 11.29. The rude employee added a $4 tip for herself without my knowledge or consent. THIS IS THEFT. Your employees can’t charge customers a tip without the customer agreeing to pay that tip and there was also no sign saying anything about gratuity or anything along the lines of that. This isn’t acceptable.

I was refused service at 7:32 on a Friday night. . The entire mall still open, I walked by 3 times, but wanted the sundae to take home. Girl says we already closed…I guess she already cleaned up so she can leave the very minute that the mall actually closes!? If that’s the case, change your Google hours to reflect this, thanks.

Terrible experience getting some milk shakes for the family.
First was the 35 minutes for 5 shakes, take it that some of the time was walking in and walking out, but still pretty long.
Second, they cost about $8.50 a piece (2 med, 3 smalls for $43+), might have been acceptable had they been decent shakes.
Third, they were essentially flavored milk. Though spoons were provided they were completely unnecessary as the consistency of the shakes were milk with chunks of nuts and chocolate. If I wanted high priced chocolate flavored milk I’d stop by numerous convenience stores in the area and paid less with quicker service.
I’m not sure if this is normal for this shop but I doubt they have another chance for me to find out. Very disappointed.

Really, really good ice cream. Really, really high prices. Service seemed fine at this location. I came back for napkins and they were out, but the girl at the counter (who was helping someone else out) saw what I was looking for and quickly snagged me some while the other customer was making up their mind. Also, they have a free cone day once a year (though I can’t remember the date). They don’t advertise it heavily, but it’s worth keeping an eye out for because the ice cream tastes even better when it’s free!

10 years doing this small business. This shop were doing well but 1 day 2 employees were fighting and 1 bad employee turn off the freezer then all ice cream tubs were melted. We did report to police this case. We will turn the camera to the police if it happens again. That is why you see the picture on the review is the day that happened at this ice cream tub melted last year 2022. Our team fixed it and move on.

I ordered a pumpkin shake there were 3 signs advertising it. I asked for one only for her to say “we can’t do that!” With an eye role. My job involves customer service so I understand but I simply asked for one item only to get an unnecessarily rude tone. This seems to be a reoccurring thing judging the reviews. I suggest you review her employment ☺️

My mom absolutely loves the pralines & cream ice cream from here. I drove about an hr to treat her. Edwin was super friendly and efficient! To bad the store owners don’t have the place fully stocked of to go bags or tops for the medium size cups. Poor guy had to keep apologizing for something out of his control. $8 for 2 scoops. Caramelcone and peppermint. The caramel come was half of a full scoop. I was annoyed but in no mood to go back and forth with her so i walked off. I don’t live here so I won’t be returning. Ice cream was good though.

Ordered 3 drinks and they nearly prepares the wrong drinks and we had to correct them… then when we got our drinks mine tasted like banana as they did not wash the blender after making one of the drinks and upon bringing this to their attention, we were met with hostility, and arguments. They eventually remade the drink but it wasn’t a good experience. 1 Star service. Would not recommend; will not return
