Adding pictures of some of the dishes we ordered tonight!

The staff was incredibly polite and helpful with our to-go order. As for the food—it’s amazing! Honestly, probably the best restaurant at this location. Even as takeout, the quality was outstanding.
We ordered:
Fried soup dumpling
Steam soup dumpling
String bean
Beef ‘burrito’
Cumin lamb
Walnut shrimp
White rice
I love their website with menu. I can either order by the dish number or the full dish name. I also like the pictures the owner posted, it helped me to order some dishes that I haven’t tried yet.
Will be coming back.
I knew this spot was going to hit after seeing all the old asian grandparents dine here LOL. We went for a work lunch with 7 people and they were able to accommodate for us, even though it is a tight space. It was pretty much almost full at 12PM on a Wednesday.
The space is small but functional… definitely not somewhere you’d go out for a nice date, but it’s definitely giving “hole in the wall” vibes.
Service was actually really good! Everyone was super helpful and nice to us, from getting our order and making sure we got everything we needed.
Our group ordered the 2x Pork and Cabbage baos (6 pieces per order), 2x Pork Soup Dumplings (xiaolongbaos) (6 pieces per order), Garlic Noodles, Kung Pao Chicken, String Beans and a teapot for the whole table. The total came out to be $100 INCLUDING gratuity – which means it was only $15 per person!
– Pork and Cabbage baos (4/5) – these were good but I definitely wish there was a bit more filling inside it!
– Pork Xiaolongbaos (5/5) – great pricing AND it was super delicious (lowkey better than DTF)
– Garlic Noodles (3/5) – these were pretty okay and standard for garlic noodles – nothing too special and lowkey looked pale LOL usually there’s a bit more color from the other sauces/seasoning, but it was just heavy dose of garlic
– Kung Pao Chicken (5/5) – these were hella tasty, with a kick to it from the red peppers
– String Beans (5/5) – absolute banger – most of the people at my table said this was their favorite
Overall, super great portions, pricing, and flavor. Definitely will be coming back!
Don’t let the menu overwhelm you. For bao, you can choose between steamed and pan fried. For soup dumpling, just need to decide on the filling.
If you come please order the thai tea, it is literally better than most boba shop thai tea (tp tea, mr sun tea, etc). And the shandong chicken wings are insanely crispy and flavorful, if this place just specialized in chicken wings it would already be better than most chicken wing locations. You can’t even get me started on the bao, it is out of this world: juicy, flavorful and large. Make sure you come here you definitely need to try this place!
