They were running a online special for chicken strips for ten dollars, for forces for 5 of them. But at 1:30 in the afternoon, they were out. The guy at the register wanted to give me four pieces of dark beat to replace my five white meat chicken strips. I told him no I did not want dark meat, and I asked about chicken nuggets.He said how about twelve, now mind you, they were running a special on chicken nuggets, 5 for a dollar. Technically, if you went by their special, I said, I got fifty for my ten dollars.But I just took twenty just to get the heck out of there.And turned out the chicken nuggets were terrible and dry.

Ordered Door dash and the dasher informed me that my order had been stolen and that they were remaking it, after getting here I realized that it wasn’t even the right order! I was missing the biscuits and only got 1 potato and 1 coleslaw. I called they said they would have it resent (the whole order) it’s been over an hour and nothing has arrived!! I paid an extremely high amount for the food that I got!! I have requested a refund from door dash even though it wasn’t their fault! It will be a long time IF I ever go back to KFC

Im a local and love KFC chicken, but im just done with this place. Women at the counter is the most disrespectful good service person ive ever met and she is in there regularly. This was 12:30 in the afternoon on 12/30/25. The insides of the restaurant is filthy and the restrooms are just gross to touch anything and flat out stink. I left when she told me they were out of mashed potatoes with an attitude. Never stepping foot in there again.

Decent food if they can get the order right. Usually short on how many pieces of chicken u are supposed to get or on a side. I stopped even attempting to dine in there because the restaurant is usually filthy and floors are covered in wrappers and dirt.

Went to the Burlington location on Thursday 10/16 and they were closed. Came back today 10/19 waited in drive through for 30 minutes and was repeatedly told we will be with you in a minute. Then went inside where I waited another 15 minutes and still was told we will be with you in a moment. Ended up going to McDonald’s. All I wanted was a chicken sandwich

came in around 4;45 I’m only Rating it five star’s because of one employee who was helpful and basically doing everything by himself , from taking order’s and filling them. working the drive thru. his other worker was just in the back the entire time not offering help. I don’t like to see unhelpful coworker’s , really unprofessional ! The coworker who was doing everything deserves a raise and you guy’s need more employee’s at night time. other than that my food was great only got free potato wedge’s and a free drink

Idk what has happened to this place, but if you can get out of the drive through or get your food inside im under a half an hour is a miracle. I completely understand places being busy or having a slow day, but this location is like this everg single day now. Ive tried every week for the past 2 months to get food here, but end up leaving after spending 25+ minutes in the drive through. What a joke.
