We were in McCook for a youth basketball game and since we no longer have an Arby’s in North Platte, decided to go to the drive thru before we headed home. There were about 6 cars in line and we were through in a matter of minutes. The customer service was top notch, from the young lady taking our order, the quick service, to the fresh hot food. Your team knocked it out of the park! Way to go!! You guys rocked it!! Thank you for the amazing experience!!

I haven’t been in an Arby’s since the 1970s. Fast food is never my first choice, but I was surprised. More and more it seems like the fast food of the past has stepped up the food choices to a more restaurant-like menu. Don’t get me wrong, I still appreciate and prefer a high-quality meal of fresh farm-to-table ingredients, but in a rural area with few options, it pleased me to be able to order a Greek gyro! It really was good. The herbs that fell out the sandwich, when I tasted them, made me feel like it was homemade, and the tzatziki sauce was pretty good too. Lots of fresh lettuce, onion and tomato. A satisfying quick lunch.

Had the best breakfast in town and was the cheapest too. But they are removing the breakfast menu

We walked in to eat tonight and two workers were behind the counter, they both looked at us and walked clear to the back of the kitchen. Never said a word to us, didn’t acknowledge us, ignored us, so we left.

The employees were so kind. The place was clean. Food was great. I ask, if I could try a sample of your chicken nuggets. They were so sweet. No problem. I am not a fan of pressed meats. The young lady ask if that would be possible. So kind, professional, caring. Thank you. By the way, I do like your chicken nuggets. They were perfect. Not greasy, nor did they taste like old shortening. ☺️

As I sit in a line of 3 cars and the 20th minute passes by I deeply regret my choice. Just don’t do it, go somewhere else The car in front of me must know something because he turned his car off immediately after getting to the window. I’m genuinely afraid they’ll close before I get to the window.
Update, it took 29minutes for myself and the 3 cars in front of me to get through the line. They close in 23 minutes. I’m guessing those at the end won’t make it to the front in time.
In the end I only stayed in line out of sick curiosity to find out how this ended.

Ordered 6 beef and cheddar’s and they were horrible. Lack of meat and cheese but worst was the buns were so burnt we didn’t eat them. Third trip in a row the food was unacceptable.

Food is good 75% of the time. anything chicken like the breakfast chicken biscuits the chicken is always so dry, overcooked or sat in the warmer for way too long it’s like eating chicken jerky. And ordering in the drive through there’s some great people that are always happy and chipper but once in a while I get one that’s pretty dang rude and I say something but the managers say they heard it and it wasn’t rude at all…. So if you like getting served by bipolar workers it’s the place for you.
