First time at a Taco John’s. Cashier Tamara, I think, was very nice and had several good suggestions for the menu. Food was good, 2 tacos and some tape things and a drink for $12 seems a bit much, that’s the cheapest combo, medium sized. Place very clean and bright. Pepsi products! Diet mountain dew!
Overall nice place. Staff seemed friendly and were having a good time in back. Some places you would think it’s forced labor but everyone here was joking their work and they were somewhat busy.

I am an out of state visitor who regularly visits family in Bismarck. Each time I am in town, I make sure I visit the TJ’s location on south 3rd street. There is the friendliest, most polite gentleman who serves me. I’ll make note of his name next time I go through the line. Should you frequent the place too, surely you’ll know who he is. He’s so upbeat and seems to really enjoy his job. Give the kid a raise!! It’s so refreshing to see his smiley demeanor.

Very clean restaurant and restroom. Jasper waited on me. Before I could ask for a key to the bathroom, he had it ready. Order was right on. Only thing I have to say not so great had nothing to do with the restaurant or the workers. The burrito I ordered was a lot of tortilla which is not how I remember them.

I ordered in the app almost $150 worth of food. When I pulled up to the drive thru and the order did not show up on their end, I was told that I was wrong and stupid. I canceled the order and left without food. I won’t ever return to this location, which is a shame considering it is closest to my work, and I was eating here 3-5 times a week. Try your luck, the food is good, the employees are rude

Drive-thru is empty, parking lot is empty, can’t get anyone to take your order. They always say, “I’ll be right with you” and you sit there for 5-10 mins before you drive away and say screw it. This store is managed by people who don’t want to work.
