Ordered half pizza half bread with bacon, that was a greasy mess not something I’d want to eat. The other pizza had a much better appearance until I sat down to realize a hair was center of the pizza. I’m not one to eat after finding such, triggers me thinking of bad hygiene in food prep and that’s disgusting.

I was contacted by a different member of management the next day. She was kind and listened to what I had to say and they made it right! I really appreciate the call back and the remake was exactly the quality we’re used to!
We’ve been to this Little Caesar’s many times before and never had an experience like this. We’re assuming the lady with the ponytail was the manager on shift. Her customer service was terrible. She made eye contact with us and the other customers, multiple times and didn’t offer assistance. When she finally decided to work, she called someone else to the front to do it. Our pizza was in the portal, for at least ten minutes, but no names were on the screen. Of course our name “popped” up, once we raised our voice to get her attention. To top it off, with at least nine people in the kitchen, our pizza was definitely not up to our standards. We would’ve taken it back but it was getting late and not really sure what would’ve been done, with the service we had. I’ve never seen a pizza cut this way.

Horrible customer service given when I picked up my order. I had to wait for an order I placed online and wasn’t given a code or QR code to retrieve my order from the self-serve warmer. I politely asked the manager or employee for assistance and she had an attitude and put her finger up telling me wait a minute, she’s trying to get orders out. That wasn’t my problem, I just had a question and needed to get my order that I had placed online. When I expressed how’s I felt on the wait time and not apologizing to the customers for their wait, she became upset and argumentative with me in front of other customers. Very unprofessional and she needs to be reprimanded by upper management within Little Caesar company. My flood was good but the service was awful.

Whoever the gentleman working the drive through window was tonight (12/28), wearing a bucket hat, give him a raise immediately. He had the best energy, so friendly &, brought the best customer service! He is truly the reason I’m writing this review. I love Little Caesars, especially this location, but he made it even better! Also, I got a “hot n’ ready” for my order and it was legitimately top tier. Whoever made that…… give them a raise too. Love yall bad

This was not a great trip to Little Caesar’s, which is disappointing because this one usually does a pretty good job.
The pizza was lukewarm and looked pretty dull, which means it was probably sitting in the warmer for a good amount of time.
I hope it’s better the next time I go.

Well, the female with the purple hair acted like i was bothering her just bc I was asking questions and the veggie pizza was nothing but bread. However, the two others in all black were very helpful and professional, regardless of them being over worked and under staffed.

Worse drive through service! You drive through the pickup window and no one notices that for mins. Also, the attitude of an employee (female with short hair) is not acceptable! The other employees are better! The only reason I came to get pizza from them because my son likes their pizza!

I have ordered from this location several times – from small, personal orders to large, orders for my students – and I have never been disappointed in the food. The service isn’t always the best – the pickup from the kiosk works better than pulling to drive up window. I always order online then pickup and will continue to do so.
