Everything about this Tim Hortons is perfect. The food is fresh, the coffee is great, and the restaurant is always clean. The staff are friendly and fast, and Klara the manager is doing an amazing job. She makes sure everything runs smoothly and customers are always happy. Great experience every time!

So I’ve been told by many people not to get any of their breakfast items on the list as far as hot sandwiches go because they don’t get their own food their food is delivered and so it’s been previously frozen. So today I decided to check it out for myself. I ordered the steak egg and cheese croissant. Should not have done that… There’s literally about two tablespoons of ripped up steakums that you would give from the store on this croissant sandwich and it’s basically in a singular pile it’s not even spreaded out to cover the whole inside of the croissant. The egg is literally half the size of a round egg that you would get at McDonald’s, the only thing that looks good about this is the cheese and you can even tell the cheese is fake.
Usually I only come in and gets him Horton’s French vanilla cappuccino a coffee for mother-in-law and some timbits and possibly an apple fritter. I’m not getting any more sandwiches because number one they’re not high they microwave every damn thing. So don’t do that, you’ll be disappointed. As far as their donuts coffee and cappuccinos go I give that a 10 but today….. Not even close.
An update… Went and got my normal 10 bits donuts and cappuccino and everything was great until I opened up the cappuccinos to see which one was mine because I had already started drinking off of it. And so I open them both up and they literally looked like they’re exactly the same level which means they were never full to begin with. There’s about one quarter of the cup that’s not full. I’m going to say something to the manager when I get there.

Absolutely unacceptable. This is the third time I’ve ordered delivery from this location, and the third time they’ve managed to forget an entire dozen donuts. Not one donut — a whole dozen. How does a store repeatedly miss an entire item that large?
What makes it worse is that they don’t pick up the phone, so there’s no way to resolve the issue directly. At this point, it feels like they simply don’t care about accuracy, customer service, or basic responsibility.
This is easily the worst Tim Hortons in Michigan. If you value your money and your time, choose another location — this one has proven over and over again that they can’t handle even the simplest order correctly.

I walked in and was only greeted after the employees were done having their conversation. The bathroom was out of order, and only after placing my order was I told the credit card machine is broken and if I had cash? I said forget it and walked out. Perhaps the owner should pay a bit more attention to what’s transpiring in his establishment.

Thought I’d swing in for lunch typically Tim Hortons are very fast. I’ve been stuck in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes as I write this. I can’t back up I can’t go forward I am stuck.

The best Tim Hortons ever! The staff is Amazing! I drive past 2 others to come here daily! This location is clean the staff has been here a very long time! Klara the manager is a doll! Jacob has the best customer service ever! Joe knows everyone by name and knows there orders! Virginia the baker is always smiling and greets all the customers! Mariam makes the best ice caps and customer service hands down is the best! Lubna makes the food always comes out to bring to u and meets the customers! Syeda great team member very sweet! Angelina is amazing smiles and always works very hard.I have nothing bad to say about anyone here and if there is a bad review on this location disregard it because hands down this is the best location!

I payed 6 dollars for a breakfast bagel that made Burger King look like 5 star cuisine. Wow trash. Probably some of the worst food I’ve ever eaten. Tiny. Cold and terrible.
