Best taco shop in the area hands down!Homemade everything and super fresh. It’s a little wait for the food but no one will ever question the wait for delicious food. Pro Tip: call ahead and place your order. We’e had the super taco(beans, potatoes, eggs, cheese, strip of bacon), supreme tacos(beans, potatoes, eggs, bacon, chorizo, ham, cheese), machacado taco (shredded dry beef, egg), ground beef taco (ground beef, potato, cheese) Migas (egg, cheese, tortilla chips) and Texas taco (potato, fajita, chopped jalapeño, beans & cheese. They’re all very good but our favorites are the supreme and super! They’re very large as well so 1 taco will satisfy you and 2 tacos will stuff you! The homemade green sauce puts the perfect finishing touch on the whole taco! They also have aqua frescas and lemonades that are super yummy as well! I recommend the strawberry lemonade! They’re only $5, come in mason jars and you get to keep the jars! If you’re in Crosby during the morning make sure to stop by and grab at least 1 taco!

4 stars for wait time.Visited on Saturday morning at 923 am.
Did not leave until 950 am. I ordered 3 tacos (2 bacon egg , 1 potato egg).
Maybe an off day? I dont know. There were not of lot of people waiting but there were a lot of people that seemed to call ahead or ordered, left then came back.
The tacos were very good. A good egg to meat ratio. Not greasy. The tortillas were not thick or to thin. But not so sure if worth that wait time. Perhaps the key is order ahead. ??? Be ready to wait a while if you walk up.
