The 2/$5 burgers were overcooked-leather like. Service was slow-more than 5 minutes to receive my order of 2 burgers and an order of fries. The area was very clean, bright and inviting.

It seems every time I come here, things just get worse. I’ve had to make complaints before and I hate doing this again. Today, I bought a banana split. The ice cream and whip cream were partially melted when I received it and it melted so fast that I couldn’t eat it all. It became a liquid mush…and I eat very fast. Also, the amount of ice cream would have barely filled a small cone. I paid nearly 8 bucks for this. I expect better. On top of that, the person that took my order at the counter didn’t say a word except to ask if I wanted a receipt. He just stared at me when I walked up to the counter. How about at least a “Can I take your order”? Not sure I will come here again.

Normally a great place to get a tasty treat. Usually a blizzard. Ordered two blizzards yesterday. Was surprised we didn’t get the usual demo of the blizzard staying in place by turning it upside down. Instead they were put in a bag. The blizzards were very soft and had an almost milkshake consistency. We actually put them in our freezer to “harden” them up and they didn’t. Not sure what is up but we did not get the treat we are used to. If you get your blizzard in a bag, there might be a reason for that. Hmmmm

I stopped in the drive through and ordered a large oreo blizzard. I am very unhappy with it. Way too much oreo to the point it was hard to eat. As a matter of fact, I’m throwing it away and the cup is almost half full and it’s nothing but soggy oreo chunks. More ice cream, less oreo.

Gilbert grill is excellent quality.
Meat tastes fresh, never setting there waiting to be grilled. That makes a difference if it is kept frozen/refrigerated til fried.

Such a great place for dessert! Good location and very friendly staff. Melody was cheerful and did a great job taking and making our order.
Good selection: from cones to shakes to sundaes to blizzards and so on. Even burgers, fries, chicken fingers and soft pretzels. Then there’s the freezer with ice cream cakes (you can order them in advance for personalized creations too) and a selection of dilly bars to take home.

This is the only Dairy Queen in Mesa Tempe Chandler or Gilbert that has good customer service, the rest are a joke, they refuse to accommodate anything, lose food, are loud obnoxious and or lazy
This Dairy Queen is run professionally and responsibly and staff actually do their jobs properly, it’s just unfortunate I have to drive so far to go to this one, passing multiple lower quality locations to get there
