They always forget something.
Not a big deal if you live in Cambridge but if you live in trappe?? You just drove 20 mins there, 20 mins home. See its messed up. Drive 20 mins back to store then 20 back home. You have now driven 1 hour and 20 mins for food that is now cold.
And we try to check the bag before leaving but they pack it in so full, urs easy to miss something. If it was my item I’d just say screw it, but its always one of the kids things of course and I cant let one kid get left out.

Everything is fine but would only let you use one burger king gift card. Had several to use from gifts. Was going to treat others with me with lunch using cards. Improvement from another burger king that said no cards. I dont know why the company sells them if they’re not going to honor them. Other than that, Everything was great.

The rudest employees. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with this location and the staff being very rude. I went in to pick up my mobile order and I picked up the wrong bag by accident and the one of the employees snatched the bag out of my hand. I then found out that she had my food sitting in the back and just never called my order. Another had to give me my order and apologize. My friends have also have had issues with this location and them being very rude.

Never have i ever walked into a Burger King and actually felt comfortable. 3 different people asked me if i needed anything/had been helped. I did only get a milkshake for a relative but the atmosphere was great. It was extremely clean, music up, holiday decorations up. Wonderful

No baby changing station in the Men’s room.
Other than that a very nice BK. Service was good, food was standard and Leather chairs and TV were a nice surprise.

The young girl that charged me at the first window was so nice! Her name was a complicated one I think it was Ariel but, she had great hospitality and had a smile the entire time, awesome work!
